Definition of Terms
Private Security Professional (PSP) – a person who is eligible / qualified to be issued a valid LESP
Security Hardware & Systems Operator – unarmed PSP who works in a control room monitoring &
controlling a batch of screens linked or connected to surveillance cams placed in specific places to detect &
prevent crime and protect people
Monthly Disposition Report (MDR) – monthly report that PSAs submit to SLD, SOSIA, SAGSS, RCSU for
data processing & record keeping, based on a SOSIA prescribed format that includes agency’s clients, PSPs,
LESP category, LESP ID, educ’l attainment & FAs
Security Motor Vehicle – refers to a marked vehicle being utilized by PSAs in rendering security services.
Standard specs of security motor vehicles are prescribed by the SUEB (SOSIA Uniform & Equipment Board)
SUEB (SOSIA Uniform & Equipment Board) – policy making body w/regulatory functions to study, review &
design uniforms, & equipment for PSPs in the performance of their duty & prescribe policies, guidelines &
procedures governing the same.

5. Inspection team shall inform the duty Officer or OM on the issuance of VTR or
confiscation of FA

Section 385: Expiration of LTO in relation to Expiration of Juridical
LTOPF & FA Registration
Within a period of one (1) year, the expiration of Juridical LTOPF & FA Registration under
the FEO shall be adjusted to follow and be eventually consistent with the expiration of the
LTO of the juridical entity under SOSIA.

All issued licenses covered by RA 5487 and its IRR shall be valid for its remaining validity
