He is a researcher with bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering in ITB and master degree in Engineering & Policy Analysis, TU Delft, the Netherlands. Previously, he has experience in telecommunication industry, government, and tech startup. He now pursuing a career in academic world as a researcher, with his main interest lies in the field of digital economy, internet governance, open government, and other ICT-related issues. Familiar with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, he look forward to broaden his knowledge in understanding the impact of ICT to the society as a whole.
