Project managed multiple Implementations, which led to increased client confidence and ultimately augmented the TriZetto

• Member Benefit Lead, Aultcare Health Plan – Supervised two benefit specialists. Conducted requirements gathering
sessions for member benefits, documented requirements, and designed benefits in the software.
• Provider Track Lead, Aetna Schaller Mercy Health Care Plan – Led the provider track for a QNXT rebuild for Aetna
Schaller’s Mercy Care Plan, which included the business needs, solutions, and designs for provider contracting, provider
design, provider credentialing, and provider conversion liaison with the Aetna and TriZetto technical teams.
• Provider Track Lead, Universal Health Care Group – Directed a large-scale implementation with unique challenges with

and implementation for the client’s providers and contracts.
• Project Oversight, Security Health Plan – Implementation included TriZetto third-party integrated products (McKesson
Micro-Dyn suite and Optum iCES) and was the first QNXT implementation of TriZetto’s Value Based Benefits (VBB)
product. Identified and proposed areas of configuration improvement while representing TriZetto in a positive manner to
provide value encourage future engagement of TriZetto consultants.
 Effectively managed and concluded project with the result that additional TriZetto consultants were brought
onboard by the client to finish the project replacing third-party consultants.
• Project Lead, Simply Healthcare Plans – Led the customer through their first foray into the Health Care arena as a Health
Plan, partnering with them through the discovery, design, configuration, and solution implementation and the optimizing
of QNXT functionality.

• Unisys Idaho Project Assessment – Provided configuration recommendations and knowledge transfer in the area of QNXT

maximize QNXT to support the positive experience of the customer's participating providers.
• Lead Consultant, Mercy Health Plan Upgrade – Chosen to lead Mercy Health Plan through their subsequent QNXT upgrade
project based on the success of the Mercy Health Plan implementation.
• Lead Consultant, Mercy Health Plan Implementation – Assigned to this customer specifically to restore their confidence in
TriZetto and to move them forward into a successful implementation. Successfully completed the project utilizing strong
testing knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
