promote particular products.

centre around:

platforms
◦ Creating shareable content and advertorials
◦ Cultivating customer feedback throughout the
campaign through surveys and contests
 Develop strategy ,plan , execution and
measurement to obtain :
◦ Two-way brand communication and engagement.
◦ Word-of-mouth referral
 The aim is to influence :
◦ Brand awareness
◦ Purchase decisions
◦ Customer loyalty
◦ Brand advocacy
