Planning and execution of projects in the areas of: Treatment of raw and sewer water, making and filtering beer, bottling, canning and packaging. Designing of layout, selection and negotiation of machines for 2 high speed bottling lines (2,000 and 2,600 bottles per minute). Guarantee the production, warehousing, distribution and quality of beer to fulfil the demand in several kinds of products manufactured in 10 bottling lines and 1 canning line, at the rate of 50 million litres per month. Leadership of a big multidisciplinary team of 25 Supervisors and 300 workers. Plan production, logistics (transportation and deployment to warehouses). Coordination of services from the maintenance department and other plant services.
