This document provides notice of intent to bring legal action against Dr. Earl Watkins as Conservator of the Claiborne County Public School District, the district itself, the state of Mississippi, and Baker Donelson law firm regarding hazardous conditions in schools including asbestos, dilapidated infrastructure, snakes, bats, and contaminated water. It alleges knowledge of and failure to address these issues, as well as a "school-to-prison pipeline" targeting African Americans. It questions Baker Donelson's conflicts of interest due to their roles advising government agencies and involvement in related legal matters. The notice demands corrective action and warns of pursuing relief under applicable laws.

regarding the Conservator (Dr. Earl Watkins) and his SUPERIORS’ handling
