 The developments consists of three distinct
facilities which includes retail mall, office complex
& hotel with central courtyard.
 Elante, with its retail space of over 1 million. Sq.
Ft. Across G+3 levels is the largest mall in
Chandigarh.
 The retail space hosts premium national and
international brands along with a mix of
hypermarket, departmental stores, sports bar,
bowling alley .
 Elante has well planned entertainment zone with
multiplex and food court to cater to its

 A plaza is provided in the center for the people to sit
and enjoy
 Several other elements like fountain and open area
theatre are provided which includes the hard landscape.
 Outside seating are provided for the people to sit and
enjoy the elevation.

• The atrium consist of two
,main lobby which is the
central spot from where
all the shops are visible
easily .
• It also consist of skylight
which provides natural
light during day time.
2.Privilege for physically
challenged
Lifts are provided and toilets are
designed in such a way that it is
accessible for handicapped
people .
Landscape –
• the mall is surrounded by the landscape.
Where people can sit and enjoy the view and
relax
Illumination
The warm lighting is used for
3rd floor which increases the
aesthetic appearance .

Sq. Ft. Across G+3 levels is the largest mall in Chandigarh.  The retail space hosts premium national and international brands along with a mix of hypermarket, departmental stores, sports bar, bowling alley .  Elante has well planned entertainment zone with multiplex and food court to cater to its customers. MATERIALS Internal materials used : • Different types of false ceiling is used inside the mall . • Basement consist of exposed ceiling . • Columns are decorated with hoardings and advertisements. • Italian marble flooring on the entire ground floor. Skylight • Skylights were provided to allow daylight inside the mall at day time. • Glazing is used for skylight . The water fountains at the main entry add to the exterior beauty of the mall.
  • 22.  The landscape is treated with both hard and soft landscape  Patterns were created with tiles  Small trees are provided in the central plaza of the mall .  A plaza is provided in the center for the people to sit and enjoy  Several other elements like fountain and open area theatre are provided which includes the hard landscape.  Outside seating are provided for the people to sit and enjoy the elevation.   • 23. Observations 1. Atrium • The atrium consist of two ,main lobby which is the central spot from where all the shops are visible easily . • It also consist of skylight which provides natural light during day time. 2.Privilege for physically challenged Lifts are provided and toilets are designed in such a way that it is accessible for handicapped people . Landscape – • the mall is surrounded by the landscape. Where people can sit and enjoy the view and relax Illumination The warm lighting is used for 3rd floor which increases the aesthetic appearance .
