information sharing technologies among trading partners to
the pursuit of business objectives. The term E-Commerce is
derived from e-mail means conducting business online with
the help of electronic devices like Personal Computers, phone
lines, fax machine, pager etc. E-commerce has become
feasible due to convergence and integration of many
technologies.

 The plan implemented by a company to generate revenue and
make a profit from operations. The model includes the
components and functions of the business, as well as the
