Bedrooms
Comprising of 5 individual Thai-style bedroom Villas (including one larger ᠀䴀愀猀琀攀爀✀ or ᠀䠀漀渀攀礀洀漀漀渀
Suite'), each with attached bathrooms, and each with views across either the swimming pool, tropical
gardens or views of Patong bay, the Villa is perfectly designed for a large family, or group of friends.
The unique configuration of the rooms, as well as the various garden spaces and terraces spaced
between the rooms affords the chance to be as sociable or as private as you wish. Temporary beds and
cots are available as required.
Swimming Pool
The centre point of the entire complex is a large free-form salinated swimming-pool (3ft - 7ft deep).

well as a Large Screen Cable TV, stereo, DVD player, Sony Playstation II - as well as a selection of
CD's, DVD's and video games. A unique feature of the Games Room is the viewing windows into the
swimming pool, so you can see the underwater action as you relax downstairs!
Home Cinema
A great place to watch the latest movies on DVD, or the latest big sporting event, relax in your own
private ᠀䜀漀氀搀 Class' theatre. Relax in front of the huge 110" projection TV, outstanding surround
sound, with luxurious reclining ᠀䰀愀ⴀ娀ⴀ䈀漀礀✀ seating for 10 guests. One of our most popular rooms with

Gymnasium
Our large, fully equipped gymnasium has everything you need to keep you fit and feeling energized -
with treadmill, exercise bike, cross-trainer, multi-gym, as well as yoga mats, medicine balls, skipping
rope, punch bags, and free weights. The gym is fully air-conditioned, with en-suite bathroom.
PC and Internet
If you need to stay in touch with your business back home, we have a dedicated Study Room with a fully
equipped high-end PC, Fax, Scanner & Printer. The Villa is also set up with a Broadband Wireless
Internet connection, so if you bring your own laptop, you can surf the web anywhere in the Villa.

The Villa comes complete with a personal Manager to make your every need is taken care of ጀ from
food, to tours, massages, transportation or simply confirming travel reservations. Whatever it is, just
tell us and it will be taken care of. The villa also comes with your own cook and of course, full maid
service.
Maid Service
Two full-time resident maids will take care of all your needs, from laundry and preparing you room,
cooking and maintaining the Villa to the highest standard.
Transportation
A complimentary 7-seater van with driver is provided to you for up to 5 hours a day, and extendable at
minimal cost if you need it for longer. The cost of Airport Transfers is also all-included in your daily
rate (up to 2 different pick-up times per group).
Staff
Three full-time resident maids will take care of all your needs, from daily laundry and preparing your
rooms, to cooking and maintaining the Villa to the highest standards. We have a well equipped Kitchen
serving some of the best Thai food on the Island.
Villa Manager
Our Villa Manager is fully English speaking, and of Thai nationality. She is well qualified, having
worked in the service and hospitality industry in Thailand for many years. Please feel free to speak to
her about anything - from organising parties and special events for loved ones, to trips and restaurant
bookings, flight changes, etc. Nothing is too much trouble - in the past we have even arranged for a
baby elephant to visit the Villa!
Meals
Breakfast is provided complimentary ᐀挀栀漀椀挀攀 of full American breakfast, fruit, or simply coffee by the
pool. Simple Thai meals are also provided free of charge at any time of the day, as are fruits and simple
snacks. If you would like a full dinner party or a pool-side bar-b-q, let us arrange all the food for you and

prepare it ᐀眀攀 only charge the actual market price for the food. No surcharge on any foods, or
preparation.
Food and Beverages
All basic meals are included in the price of your stay. Our cooks are exceptional, and we consistently
get great feedback on the quality of the food from guests - in fact it is one of the main reasons people
return to stay with us again and again! Please request the menu to see the speciality dishes provided as
standard, and feel free to ask the girls if there is something else not on the menu, and we will do our
best to accommodate your request. Any non-standard items (e.g. steak or fresh lobster) are chargeable,
but only at cost price, as bought from the local market.
A complimentary ᠀昀椀爀猀琀✀ case of beer and a range of soft drinks and plenty of water are provided on
arrival. Other drinks and alcohol are charged at cost price.
Babysitting
Babysitting services are available on request. We use reliable & experienced sitters.
Massage
We have connections with several spas on the island, and massages can be arranged either by the pool,
in your room, or for a complete treatment in one of our recommended health spas.

The Villa is located on the hillside at the southernmost end of Patong Beach, Phuket's most popular
beach. Located in the quiet & exclusive 'Baan Suan Kamnan' estate.
