13+years of experience in the field of Piping Design Engineer (PDS & SP3D ) in various Projects in
Petrochemicals, Refineries, LNG & Oil and Gas (both in offshore & onshore), in both Indian and Global
Companies, Technically accomplished professional with Strategic Planning & Design and Piping Operations,
Project Management and Site Administration of Oil & Gas projects.
And 6+ Years of experience with Saudi Aramco Project Including Site-Co-Ordaining with other disciplines
(Including Client) for the timely release of the drawing and other deliverables
Training on HSE Safety in Refinery, Confined space training, H2S & SO2, Work permit and Hazards of
refinery by Saudi Aramco
Responsibilities are;
 Preparation of plot plans, Development of Equipment layout, Study of Conceptual Piping design
layouts (Including Brownfield)
 3-D modeling (PDS & SP3D) & detail engineering of the equipment and Piping systems including
basic supporting. Assessment of the logical support location for optimum stresses.
 Checking of the fabrication isometrics as per the checklist, drafting room Instructions, Project
specifications, PDS/SP3D memos etc and Minimizing the rework rate.
 Preparation of the NOZZLE orientation /Squad checking of Nozzle orientation & Equipment
dimensions of vendor drawings.
 Preparation OF FDCN & Updating of the master P&ID after finalizing the layout.
 Preparation of piping GA’s & BOM.
 Preparation of Material Specification sheets for pipes, valves, flanges. Preparation of support drawings
and any special support details.
 Ensure that all the instrumentation requirements are provided in the layout.
 Regularly clearing the Inter clash report by reviewing the area, RDB Conflict reports, DBV reports and
Maintain the progress report of the project.
 Relevant knowledge of codes and standards ASME, ANSI,BS etc. Engineering Co-ordination
