2. ABOUT US
The principle practitioner, Mr. Anand Sharma is born in a Marwadi Brahmin
family in Rajasthan (BITS Pilani) amongst highly spiritual environment. His
family members were renowned Pandits of Kolkata having deep
knowledge of Sanskrit, Astrology and Vastu Sastra. He has taken basic
knowledge of Vastu from his family to further add-on his expertise with
experience and perseverance thereon
During his Kolkata stay, he was also fortunate to learn Healing modalities based on Energy healing
techniques. After continuous practice and its application on physical and emotional ailments, he also
learnt the methods of application of energy to manifest material and financial abundance & prosperity.
Besides, this interest also inspired him to learn and acquire various other types of healing techniques
across in the world. In this journey, he observed that almost all healing practices are primarily applied
towards healing of physical and mental illness. Because of these energy healing techniques being
extremely potent and powerful, he then experimented to apply such Healing energies to eliminate
negative vibrations from land and energize land / space with Healing Energy techniques.

3. After getting excellent results from land healing and success in the initial stage, this highly inspired and
motivated him to use high level healing techniques to get more efficient results in a much lesser time
horizon. After couple of years of practice, with God's grace and blessings from his beloved Teacher, he
developed a unique therapy, a mixed blend of different healing protocols and techniques, for land / space
healing in order to make it ideal and viable with positive vibrations and energies. This later expanded
from residential to work place, factories, schools, hospitals, hotels and more...
After continuous healing of any land area with application of Vastu cum Healing techniques and mantras,
the negative energies are eliminated and replaced with positive vibrations, not only at the physical but
etheric levels and shielded from physic attacks and negative energies. This not only brings about healing
of that particular space but also imbibes peace, harmony, positive relationships, infinite abundance,
prosperity and good energies for the owner and residents on that land. Post number of healing sessions,
positive vibration in that area can easily be felt and experienced, thanks to my beloved Teacher for his
priceless teachings and blessings of the supreme High.

4. VASTU LAND HEALING
(Energizing) – Looking at the limitations of Vastu applications, this unique process was developed after
extensive research, years of hard work and successful applications of various healing modalities and
God’s grace. This unique process of 81 days of energy healing technique has been applied across no. of
lands till date and yielded very effective and positive results. This service can also be aligned asperones
requirement and need in personal and professional space.
Limitations of Vastu
Though the long old tradition of Vastu techniques are already being applied in all spheres of land area
today, there always remain some limitations and challenges towards its complete and wholesome
application with the laws of Vastu not practically efficient. Hence, Complementing Vastu along with
Energy Healing modalities on the land results in a dual-centric holistic approach in bringing positive
energies, not only on that land but also to living entities in that area

5. Research
To mitigate this challenge brought the necessity for a substitute to such Vastu limitations towards
search for alternate avenues in today’s times. With the advent of different Energy Healing modalities
and its profound triumph noted on the human front, this led us to further explore and apply its
techniques on Land, to finally attain success after many tests and trials of continuous research.
Hence, with the need of a complete holistic approach besides ancient Vastu techniques, the
success achieved from Land Healing is more enhanced with the application of both Vastu cum
Energy Healing techniques to drive more sustainable positive energy vibrations.

6. VASTU REMEDY
We all care about our homes and spend time, effort and money, trying to make them more comfortable. Once the house is
constructed, it's not so easy to make the structural changes. Here are some of the remedies suggested by Vastu Ananda that
you can do yourself to to remove or lessen the Vastu dosha and bring prosperity in life.
•Keep cleanliness. Use sea salt and Gau Mutr (Cow urine) to wipe.
•Light incense sticks daily basis in the evening in the house temple.
•When sitting for worship, keep your face towards northeast.
•Drinking water should be in the northeast of the kitchen.
•The statue of Lord Hanuman should not be placed in southeast. It may be a cause of a fire hazard.
•The hinges of doors should be noiseless. The hinges may be greased periodically.
•Bed should not be put under a beam.
•A house should not have paintings which depict depressing scenes, i.e. like an old woman crying, scenes of war or poverty. It
should have a picture of say, a sunrise, an ocean, mountains, flowers or laughing children.
•Tall trees are nowhere recommended close to the main building. For trees, the south in itself is good and so is the west. No tree
should be grown in the north and the east.
•Small decorative plants and shrubs may be grown in the north and the east. The height should not exceed, say, half a meter at
the northeast increasing gradually to not more than 1.5 meters as one moves from the northeast to the northwest or to the
southeast end.
