2013 to March 2016. This role was in a fast past environment providing a wide range of care and
support to clients of all ages including clients with mental health and addictions.
2 Years of experience with Saint Elizabeth Health Care as a visiting nurse prior to obtaining an
internal position at the Newmarket Clinic from October 2011 to August 2013. Position included
the role of K2P in wound care for Newmarket team. The K2P role involved receiving in-depth
training to function as a wound resource nurse for my team. Also in this role obtained the role of
educator for nursing students and nurse trainees.
Employed by Saint Elizabeth Health Care casually as an educator for March of Dimes
since 2013.
Sunrise Assisted Living
Part-Time Lead Care Manager from 2008-2012. This job involved leading and directing a team
of 4 + health care providers on the secured reminiscence unit. As well as maintaining my own
primary client load for the day.
Part-Time Medication Care Manager from 2008-2012. In this position, I was responsible for
administering medications to approximately 30 dementia diagnosed clients including Narcotics,
Puffers, Injections, Patches, and PRN treatments. It was also the Medication Care Managers
responsibility to be present, assess clients, and direct bystanders when emergency situations
occurred on the unit.
Part-Time/Casual Care Manager from 2006 to 2012. Regular care of clients would include:
dressing, bathing, toileting, repositioning, feeding, and assisting in any other ADL as necessary
pertaining to each individual clients care plan.
Roxborough Retirement Residence
Full-Time RPN for the newly opening facility Health Center from December 2010 to March
2011. This job entailed providing baseline assessments of clients upon arrival to facility.
Creating and maintaining charting and documentation. Responded to emergencies and
client/family concerns in a timely and efficient manner, as well as provided medications to
clients and assisting/ completing administrative work.
