Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs invoice verification for non-productive materials of various Daimler Plants located in Germany
using SAP which includes performing basic steps in invoice verification, identifying error codes, analyzing
and resolving Price Differences, Quantity Differences, Missing Delivery Slip/PO,Double invoicing and
Subsequent Debit, Incorrect Plant assignment, Material invoices for POs w/o GR indicator, PO items with
Order UoM PU and w GR indicator, Resolve Specific tax issues and Mixed POs (positives with material
and services).
2. Communicates and coordinates with AP Team for issues encountered.
3. Updates Excel Trackers, Logsheets when necessary.
