This is a natural process of self verification and experiential validation that
leads to understanding

•It may be regarded as a philosophy and methodology in
which the direct experience and focused reflection of
the individual helps to increase knowledge, develop skill

validated by some situations, phenomena or outcomes.
We may term it as experiential validation.

Rohit and Mohit are classmates in BBA II Semester, Delhi University and
just 19 years . Rohit is a confusing person and always take advice others
,but can not implement any advice. Rohit always blames his family, his
parents, his luck . And living in sadness. Now he starts smoking and
drinking alcohol . He loves singing and music composition but he thinks
there is not career . He thinks job provides a secure life. He is not trying
to learn from environment . Always in his dreams, he does not want to
face reality .he have lots of excuses and get bad marks in examination
,also have re-examination in 2 subjects of first semester. Rohit is not
ready to accepts his problem and no time for himself. he at last
compromise with his situation .due to behaviour of rohit, his parents
also very sad ,and father many times scold him. Mohit try's many times
to talk and discussed with Rohit but Rohit never respond
Other side Mohit comes from a middle class family ,he accepted his
situation , a optimistic person ,who continuously improve himself . He is
a average students .who respects parents and teacher. Always thinks
