  2. 2. 2.10.3 Concentrate on listening and grasping the totality of the information shared. 3 4 In a crisis or when discussing a sensitive matter, attentive listening can help both parties remain calm. In addition to having a better self-image, great listeners have higher self-esteem as listening goes a long way toward building a positive relationship. Thus, participants were able to demonstrate the importance of communicating information and ensuring its accurate interpretation during the course. 2.11.1 Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work collectively towards a common goal. 4 4 In order to build an excellent team, collaboration at work is essential. Collaboration leads to the development of new ideas, the implementation of ambitious projects, and the accomplishment of goals. It is evident from the teamwork involved in developing each facilitation that collaborative team members achieve more when they work together than they could achieve individually. 2.11.4 Motivate team members and ensure everyone has had their say when the situation requires it. 3 4 Employees who receive technical training are more likely to perform optimally in an organization. In order to feel valued and cared for, people need to feel satisfied with the company. As a result, business results will be negatively affected by the current working environment; employees won't be able to perform at a high level. A direct link could be shown between the level of employee motivation and the level of performance during the course. 2.11.5 Promote the flow of information within the group. 3 4 In order to succeed in the business world, companies must use effective systems to ensure a smooth flow of information, so that they may be more efficient, consistent, and customer-centric. Quality, quantity, and consistency are all factors that affect the information flow. Communication channels were therefore demonstrated in this course as being crucial. 2.11.6 Ability to convey information and adapt to the target audience. 3 4 Skills in communication allow people to communicate with one another. A successful agreement or negotiation depends on this element in the business environment. In this course, communication skills were shown to be essential for a company's participation and understanding of each individual. 2.11.7 Ability to communicate in a group setting that enhances feedback of others. 3 4 The team should share information and comments with one another to find out how members are doing and where they could improve. The course provided an opportunity to learn how to enhance communication and engage others in conversation through such methods. 2.11 Create and adapt clear messaging based on context and audiences, while arousing interest and enthusiasm through written visual and verbal media. Working collectively with others, inside and outside the organization, to achieve common goals and promoting the flow ofclear messaging and dialogue to create shared understanding.
