1. CA Joy A. Baxi, with post-qualification experience of 24 years, is the founder partner of
the firm. He is the Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has worked as CFO with MNC for more than a decade. Having varied experience in the
area of services listed. He is also providing the service as CFO-bridge and support the
management in the direction of the set objectives.
2. CA Urmish D. Antani, with post-qualification multifunctional experience of 25 years,
joined the firm in 2015. He is qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary and
Certified Public Accountant (Uganda). He is having wide experience while working with
industry as employee and as consultant. He has also hand on experience in IT
implementations viz. implementing new software systems and ERP.

3. CA Snehal S. Somani, with post-qualification experience of 8 years, joined the firm in
2015. She has graduated in Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University in 2002 and
qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2007. She is having expertise in the field of taxation,
accounting and auditing. She had worked with Jayanti Group of companies as Senior
Manager-Accounts & Taxation. She had also worked with Make My Trip India Pvt. Ltd. as
Manager-Accounts.
4. CA Hemangi M. Patel, with post-qualification experience of 4 years, joined the firm in
2015. She has graduated in Bachelor of Business Administration from Surashtra University
in 2008 (Gold Medalist) and qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2011. She is having
expertise in the field of taxation, accounting and auditing. She has provided services to
Suzlon Group of companies for the period of 3 years as financial consultant.

5. CA Sweta H. Modi, with post-qualification experience of 1 year, joined the firm in 2015.
She has graduated in Bachelor of Commerce-Hons from Kadi University in 2011 (Gold
Medalist) and qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2014. She is having expertise in the
field of taxation, accounting and auditing. She had worked with the firm as an articled
assistant. She is stationed at and in-charge of our Anand branch.

2. CA Sanjay V. Patel, joined the firm in 2015 as an Audit Manager. He has graduated in
Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University in 2008 and Master of Commerce from
Gujarat University in 2010. And qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2015. He had
worked with our firm as an articled assistant in the field of auditing and taxation.
