You are an office worker.
You are always late for
work. You sometimes don’t
keep the deadlines of
submitting formal
documents. Tell your boss
that you would like to
perform better, however,
you cannot because you
have not been very well
recently. You have health
and private life-related

You are the boss of a small
company. One of your
workers is very negligent,
he/she is always late for

by an irritating guest.
The bathroom cannot be used for free
of charge. Moreover, it is dirty.
You don’t find the aerobics/TRX/cross-
fit/zoomba lessons difficult at all. You
think the trainers are not prepared
enough. They finish their lessons 3
minutes earlier than they should.
Speak to the receptionist and make a
complaint. Ask the receptionist to pay
the price of your season ticket back.
An irritating guest arrives and starts
complaining about the gym.
Tell him/her that the gym has three
rooms, just he/she hasn’t seen the 3rd
one yet as this room is downstairs.
Tell him/her about the equipment of
the 3rd room (3 more treadmills, 7
exercise bikes, chess press, weights,
jumping ropes, rowing machines,
shoulder press exercise machines,
tricep dip machines, fitness balls, leg
weights, super benches, etc.)
Tell him/her that all of your trainers
are well-qualified and they are great
professionals.
Tell him/her that the bathroom is
cleaned daily and the usage price is
minimal.
