Sale:
Sale of the area by the Commune of the City of Wloclawek after
tender pursuant.
Tenancy:
- for the period of 10 years, after which there is a possibility to
purchase the property without tender pursuant to the currently-
applicable regulations of law if the property has been developed
and built-up on the basis of a building permit.
- the rental fee is 0.30 PLN/m²/month (incl. VAT) and is valid until
2015. As of 2016, the rate will be increased by the value of the
inflation rate.
Leasing:

2. Zoning
The area of Wloclawek Economic Development Area – Industrial
and Technological Park is included in the local zoning under the
resolution no. XXVII/20/09 of the Wloclawek Town Council dated 6
April 2009, which describes the following land availability:

2) possible availability:
a) for warehouse and storage areas;
b) for services.
Communications
The area has a direct connection with the no.1 state road via
Wiklinowa str. (the distance of approx. 4km) and the planned A1
motorway exit – Brzezie junction (the distance of approx. 11km,
the completion of the construction works is due in September
2012). To facilitate the connection of the area with the no.1 state
road the future rebuilding of Mikanowska str. is possible.
Moreover, in the vicinity of the area (0.5 km away) there is a siding
rail.

THE WATER
RECEIVER
Rainwater from the area is discharged to the Wisla river via a pre-
treatment system. The facilities used do discharge the rainwater
into the river include:
WITROS pipe sewer Φ 1000 mm (74 m),
Reduction wells Φ 2.0 m
(5 pcs),
Reinforced concrete dock-type outfall, Φ 1000 mm,
Drain ditch with reinforcements (224 m),
All facilities are of maintenance-free type. The flow split into
nominal – directed to the pre-treatment plant and maximum –
directed to a bypass will be performed automatically in the overflow
chamber, and the even split into three treatment flows in the flow-
splitting chamber. The designed separators are of no-filter type and
they do not require systematic washing.
Environmental limitations
According to the applicable regulations of law all industrial
investments must restrict their negative impact to the limits of the
plots.
5. Special economic zone
On 27th February 2012, the Wloclawek Town Council passed
a resolution no. XIX/31/2012 on granting the permission to include
Wloclawek Economic Development Area – Industrial and
Technological Park in Wloclawek into the Pomeranian Special
Economic Zone.
On 27 th December 2012 the Council of Ministers passed the
regulation ( Dz. U.2013.58) on extension the area of the
Pomeranian Special Economic Zone by including Wloclawek
Economic Development Area – industrial and Technological Park in
it.
Support for businesses
A resolution No XXIV/170/2012 has been taken (on 30th August
2012) on property tax exemption for the entrepreneurs running their
business activity within the area of the municipality of Włocławek,
within the borders of Włocławek Industrial West.
Land price
The value of individual plots of land can be estimated on investor’s
request by preparing a report of the evaluation.
