The company is headed by Diederik Engbersen (DE), CEO,
who has extensive experience in the diagnostics industry in both
product development as well as marketing and sales. In addition,
Jan Glatz (JG), who is a professor in cardiac metabolism within
the Cardiovascular Research Institute of the University of
Maastricht is serving as CSO. Jan Glatz has been involved in
research on H-FABP and its clinical applications since he
discovered the biomarker in 1988. Maarten Smit (MS) (CTO),
