– Utilize solution to improve the growth of TIPS pentacene films
– Employs thermal gradient to promote proper crystal growth
• Allows for air stability, easy to process, and good charger carrier
mobility
• Mobility measurements conducted on films show order of
magnitude improvement of the mobility, 0.05 cm2/V s when
compared to 0.004 cm2/V s for non-annealed films.
