Support the CBP Financial Operations (FinOps) division of Office of Administration (OA) in Customs and
Border Protection (CBP). Responsible for leading a team of analysts, designers, and developers in an
effort to create financial dashboards for Executive and Division level directors for CBP FinOps.
Perform requirements gathering and analysis that is translated into well-defined user stories to be
implemented during two-week development cycles.
Lead product backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings during which user stories are
reviewed and accepted for development work.

(OFO) in Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing
information, synthesizing the information for decision-making purposes, and recommending strategies
and tactics for solving CBP issues. Assist in providing mobile solutions to various CBP programs as well
as create and develop performance reports to Field Offices to support operational decision-making.
Lead on FY14 State of Border; document created for CBP Commissioner to highlight all new
business initiatives at each Port of Entry throughout US and abroad.
Analyze impact of several land border initiatives using various business intelligence tools. Use
insights to provide recommendations to senior management and external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain data warehouse to gather data from multiple sources. Helped develop
front-end user interface in Microsoft Access to allow users to create ad-hoc queries without
knowledge of back-end data structure.
Design metrics used to evaluate feasibility of implementing a business process at various ports of
entries.
Define scope, business and document requirements for various projects worked on including
State of the Border, monthly reports, and Workload Staffing Model.
Integral part of the implementation and analysis phase of SDLC in rolling out APC across the
nation’s airports.
