Booking through TravelUp Reviews
1. Booking through TravelUp
After accessing Travelup’s extensive service of
Travelup Reviews and search engine options,
one of the popular destinations customers book
to visit through Travelup is Australia. As a
perpetually sunny country, Australia is very
popular, but the feature that makes it a
particular favourite amongst British travellers is
that it is an English speaking country, meaning that Travelup travellers can enjoy all the benefits
of a new culture and incredible sights, without needing to worry about negotiating foreign
languages.
In order to visit Australia however, travellers have to go through a rigorous visa process. Even
though it possesses some of the most extensive regions of empty space in the world, Australia
has very strict rules restricting the flow of people into the country. For short term traveller the
process is simpler than long term and, in order to simplify the process of gaining access to
Australia as much as possible, Travelup have a feature that advices on and facilitates
applications for Australian short term visas.
On the Travelup website users will find a feature for Australian Visas, the subsequent page then
explains Australian Electronic Travel Authority (ETA). The Australian ETA is the simplified
version of a visa that applies for up to three months. Through Travelup, an ETA application
allows applicants to avoid the usual lengthy visa processes of having to visit the Australian
Embassy and having to bother with stamps or labels. Anybody is eligible to apply for Australian
ETA through Travelup, so long as they don’t already have Australian residency and they hold a
passport from one of the valid countries listed on the Travelup website.
Applicants can apply for either a Visitor ETA: for holidays or visiting relatives, or a Short Validity
Business ETA: which is designed for professional business visits, each permits visits for up to
three months within a twelve month period. Both types of ETA are available through the Travelup
website.
The application for ETA comes with a mandatory service charge of £20.00 that is payable via
credit card. Payment of the charge doesn’t necessarily grant access however, the charge is
made by the Australian government to cover the cost of processing the applications.
But so long as applicants can supply their passport number and general personal information,
then there is little reason why Australia won’t let you in. So after discovering Australia through
Travelup Reviews you could be only a couple of clicks away from being granted access down
under.
