Our Operations Manager Randy Baird Sr. has over 30 years of
diverse industrial flooring coating experience that includes
epoxy systems, concrete polishing, floor demolition/removals,
concrete surface preparation, resurfacing, acid stains/dyes,
diamond grinding, shot blasting, and joint/crack repairs.
Randy has performed industrial flooring coatings project
management services in addition to providing cost accounting,
safety oversight, scheduling and production staffing. As a floor
coating project manager, Randy has honed his skills in the
supervision of work crews, mobilization/demobilization,
planning, estimating, scheduling, employee training, and project
QC documentation.
Randy is a certified coatings installer for: Dex-O-Tex, Tnemec,
