Executive Workshop: How to Engage Employees in Sustainability: Best Practice
and Results from Leading Global Companies
A focused, high level, one day executive workshop offering unique insights into
how leading companies engage employees in CSR and sustainability, and the
benefits they gain from doing so
What will be covered?
The workshop, with no more than 20 participants, offers practical insights into
the following key areas for your company:
The business case for employee engagement: How and why engaged
employees are more productive, healthier, and become brand
advocates.
The increasingly large role sustainability plays in employee engagement.
How CSR and sustainability engagement with employees reduces risk,
and cuts operational and HR costs AND creates opportunity for
innovation.
How to engage HR teams and managers in sustainability: The messages
that work.
Practical case studies of leading companies: How they embed
sustainability in global – and localised – Human Resource practices.
The results for your bottom line: How you can begin or advance the
process.
What’s the format for the day?
The workshop will not be a “sit there and listen” format, but an interactive day
with a mixture of short, practical presentations, discussion and group work in
an “experiential” format.
Who will be there?
Senior and middle managers from across your business, in human resources,
sustainability, CSR and other relevant areas for employee engagement.
