E
rnst & Young has partnered with Staples by means of a
national contract to provide quality office supplies at an
affordable price. Stapleslink is our online cat-
alog which features EY preferred items and
our discount pricing. Stapleslink is only accessible
through IClick, the Ernst & Young procure to payment
software solution.
Programs
Supply Machines have been installed on each
floor and stocked with standard offices supplies
such as pens, pencils, tape, and post its. Orders
are generated automatically and sent to Sta-
ples for fulfillment.
Binders-
There is a high demand for white 3 ring view
binders due to the amount of documentation
that is provided to the clients by the firm. Since
this demand can fluctuate depending on the magnitude of a
project, a minimum of 50 binders of the following sizes must be
maintained at all times:

In addition, bins have been established containing binders for
employees that need the occasional 2 or 3 binders.

5. Score & EYPS Supplies

ard copy SCORE documents and EYPS supplies
can be ordered through the Mediaex ordering
site: https://ey.mediaex.com/. Users can reg-
ister on the home page. SCORE numbers are
alpha/numeric and are printed on the back of each
document. Not all
SCORE documents are
available through the
ordering site. The avail-
ability of these score
documents depends
on whether or not the
authoring group has re-
leased them for distri-
bution. With the cul-
ture leaning towards a
more conservative environment, many of these docu-
ments are only available in electronic format. The elec-
tronic file can be sent to your local copy center for
printing.
