Without impinging on a City planners willingness to customize how a project blends into the existing environment , we
can now we can produce space-efficient , modern and bright apartments of various types. From studios to five room,
from townhouses to villas , from raw land to occupancy.
When volumes are carefully defined opens up new opportunities to reduce prices while most of the construction is
done in a controlled environment. Both in Sweden , Europe and many other countries , there is the technology to
produce our four volumes available today.

• Auragenix buy prefabricated volume elements with floors, walls and ceilings. We have suppliers in Sweden, Finland , Lithuania

• They are supplied as ready room where everything will be in place from floor and wall coverings to kitchen units with appliances
and finished bathroom.
• AURAGENiX development department AURAGENiE has now developed a system where four pieces of different modules can be
assembled to create everything from single family homes to apartments in apartment buildings . This technology changes the
