As Program Manager, successfully completed the integration activities resulting from the
acquisition of a public accounting firm. The project covered integration of internal business
systems, audit and tax technologies, communications networks and physical locations. The
resulting company has over 9,000 professionals.
As Sr. Project Manager, successfully led the transition of the methodology and tools used by over
4,000 audit professionals in the firm. The migration included automation of risk-based audit
planning steps, and movement of the technology platform from Lotus Notes to a Web-based
enterprise platform that integrates with Caseware Working Papers. We were the Beta client with
Caseware as they enhanced the architecture of their product to match Lotus Notes replication
capabilities.

Mutual Fund Services Division. Business areas supported included Fund Accounting, Fund
Administration and Transfer Agency. US Bank provides these services as a third-party to
approximately 150 mutual fund family clients. Applications are distributed across multiple
platforms and technologies.

As Program Manager, successfully led completion of the acquisition and conversion of a
correspondent-clearing firm. The client acquired a clearing firm servicing approximately 80
broker / dealer correspondent customers representing over 100 office locations. The project
required back-end systems conversions, migration of the correspondent network and
infrastructure, and integration of front-end Web based and client/server applications into the
client’s technology environment. The project required coordination across four corporations.
Responsibilities included establishing and implementing the overall project management
methodology and ongoing project execution. Reported to the Executive Steering Committee chaired
by the CEO and made up of the top-level executives from the five corporations involved.
Completed a systems consolidation effort involving evaluation of various trading and order
management platforms. Project resulted in the elimination of an internally supported system at a
significant annual cost savings to the client.
Directed a coordinated Business Continuity Planning project including Business Impact Analysis,
Business Facilities analysis and Data Center co-location. Managed internal teams and vendor

Northwestern Mutual
Performed as Lead Architect to complete the design of an enterprise client information solution. Key
aspects of the design centered on the “two-phase commit” requirements of multi-platform business
update transactions.
Schwaab Stamp
As Consultant, completed an overall systems and technology assessment. Delivered
presentations to executives describing the current environment, key issues and business
requirements, with recommendations for both short and longer-term technology initiatives. The
recommendations led to the selection and implementation of a new technology infrastructure

flexible benefits plans. Led the RFI / RFP process to identify vendor short-list. Directed consultants

procurement. The platform and software was chosen to replace the core applications used to
administer flexible benefit plans on behalf of their clients.
