Intro of the scenario
To deliver a solution to a Processor packaging agricultural products certified under
GLOBALGAP by maintaining also a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) against the
ISO22000 & GLOBALGAP CoC Standard requirements, in order to quickly and efficiently
meet the demands of a new client (retailer) for delivering the same product (in the same
type of packaging) under the retailer’s food policy for trading food staff.

The main goals to achieve are:

 Collect different data related to business characteristics and the final product
 Be able to manage and evaluate data from different heterogenous sources
 Update of the shown information
 Be able to interconnect with the food processor's recording system
 Be able to personalize the data they will use in their daily operations
