DATA EXCHANGE BEFORE THE AUDIT
The food safety and quality assurance experts of the
company will receive an invitation to create a profile in the
Food Inspector Application.
They should provide information about
• Facilities that they have
• Certificates that they have
• Information about products and ingredients that they
are using in the product
• Lab test results and Certificate of Analysis
The shared information will be only available to the Entities
that the user will select that this information should be
shared

EXECUTE AUDIT
After sharing all the information that was requested,
the inspector will be able to see a rich profile and
start the digital audit by reviewing all the data and
the analytics about hazards and potential risks.
More specifically he can see the history of all the
previous audits and relevant reports, all the
certificates of analysis, recalls and border rejections,
inspections by National Authorities and Warning
letters

DURING AND AFTER AUDIT
During the audit the auditor can use a
tablet to
•Keep notes
•Has a checklist with all the things
that need to be inspect
After completing the audit, he will be
able to submit the audit results for a
specific certificate.
After the submission of the report the
company will receive an email that the
audit report is ready and can visit the
application to see the report.
