 Meet the cost savings of $1 million dollars the first year that the Oracle/JAVA Enterprise TransactionInvoice IntegritySystem (TIIS)was
implemented.
 Implementeda multi-millionproject that replaced GarlandAssemblyPlants legacyCOGNOS MANMAN system withBaaNERPbygathering
requirements, testing, writingSQL andPowerhouse Queries, massage data, data mapping, deployment, andUAT before takingresponsibility
of day-to-dayoperations andsupport.
 Conducteda Green-belt project on the logistics receiving discrepancies. Leadthe project to implement process andsystem changesto
improve the qualityof outputs byidentifyingandremovingthe causesof defects (errors), minimizing variabilityinmanufacturing andbusiness
