Taye lives this vision by delivering and designing all sessions using the Training for Influence method and values. Training for Influence is a method of training that is having a huge impact on the lives of people experiencing multiple disadvantages (i.e. those with complex needs or who are marginalised and/or vulnerable). How? By developing and providing training that not only delivers its learning objectives but that also inspires and influences the motivations and values of frontline professionals.

their courses to our specialist workers.
