This Data suggests that our target audience, mostly liked to hear entertainment and
music. This means that our radio station should circulate around Entertainment and
Music, because majority chose those two criteria’s. From question five it has come to
our knowledge that 87.5% liked to listen to Capital FM, this indicates the reason
majority listens to them is due to them having popular pop music, hugely revolves
around celebrity entertainment which draws the audience in more, therefore which
is why people may have chosen Capital FM. Also through this we would like to break

These Data indicates 54.5% like to listen to the radio in the morning,this data
suggeststhat one of the reasons people listen to the radio at morning is because they
feel energised and pumped up and would listen more and focus, as its before school
or work therefore they would not be tired and less bothered to turn the radio on. So
we will be having our radio news in the morning so people are more likely to listen
to the radio and will enjoy it more.

Through this data we are aware that it’s not a true reflection of the males, and we
could have got more males to participate in the questionnaire, however question 1
indicates that the males like sports, so to get more males attracted in our radio
station we would add sports news to draw them in,(for example scores of football
games).
From this data we can determine, that 91.7% listen to radio are 16+ meaning, that
we could put more mature content and more topic relating to people 16-22.
4. Thasnim, Nadeya and Rupa
From this data we can see that the 65.2 %would like to see celebrity interviews in
radio stations. So will base our news on celebrities and try to interview celebrities
on our radio station. This is a convention that we will keep.
The Results for Question 8, shows that 62.5% access radio on their phones, this
indicates that we could make an app for Androids and I Phones, so people can see
recent News, play games and see what’s going on, on the show and backstage.
Our Demographics is E, our radio is presented at times that are suitable times, for
students that come back from school, university etc. And we represent issues that
affect that.
