as Country Service Manager with job responsibilities as given below :
1) Providing complete Technical Service support for Philips , Whirlpool , Black
& Decker and Voltas brand of products , for all our Channel partners and end
users .
2) Liaise with all principle partners for issues related to Spare parts, Warranty
Claims , Spare Parts Warranty replacements , Technical support etc.
3) Ordering of spare parts for all our product range , for all brands.
4) Handling all day to day operational level activities in Service center.
5) As an added responsibility , handling Sales activities of our products through
Corporate channels .
Achievements :
1. Improved the service turnaround time ( TAT ) from three weeks period to 3-4
days time , for almost 95 % of the Incoming sets .

1) Providing effective after Sales Service to the Main Distributor and the End User
.Analyzing various field problems of the products and taking preventive measure

Involved in the Construction of Corporate Head Office, Assembly Plant , Ware House
and residential staff quarters , as a Project In charge .

a) Sourcing and Local procurement of all the construction related materials besides

Goods with the usage of Electric Stackers and Forklifts for day to day operation.
