1) Providing complete Technical Service support for Philips , Whirlpool , Black
& Decker and Voltas brand of products , for all our Channel partners and end
users .
2) Liaise with all principle partners for issues related to Spare parts, Warranty
Claims , Spare Parts Warranty replacements , Technical support etc.
3) Ordering of spare parts for all our product range , for all brands.
4) Handling all day to day operational level activities in Service center.
5) As an added responsibility , handling Sales activities of our products through

Achievements :

Involved in the Construction of Corporate Head Office, Assembly Plant , Ware House
and residential staff quarters , as a Project In charge .
