5. Tal & Associates Team Leaders:
Tal & Associates is led by Lea Tal. Starting out in the business as a healthcare recruiter,
Lea quickly worked her way up to Vice President of Recruitment. Her track record of
success has earned her praise and respect by her clients and her colleagues. After
being in the healthcare executive search business for over a decade Lea decided to
take her talent and her knowledge-base and open Tal & Associates in February of
2006. Lea was named "NAPEW 2010 Woman of the Year" in Healthcare Search

Larry Pellegrini- graduated with a Marketing degree from Pace University and has many
years of experience working in recruitment, sales, marketing and, most recently, his
own executive search firm. He has spent the last twelve years in the pharmaceutical
& biotech industries, focusing on drug development and involving both M.D.’s and
Ph.D.’s
Allie Halperin -graduated with a BA in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in
Psychology from SUNY New Paltz. Before joining Tal & Associates Allie was an
Executive Director for a fundraising firm. She coordinates the Nursing recruitment
team
Catherine Kline has more than 20 years experience as an Executive Recruiter. She has an
in-depth recruitment background and has established an outstanding record of
conducting searches for both scientific and executive level professionals.
MaryAnn Miller is a seasoned Executive Recruiter with many years of experience recruiting
for the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Tal & Associates, MaryAnn recruited
pharmaceutical professionals, specializing in the placement of scientists, MDs,
PharmDs and RNs specifically in pre-clinical, medical affairs and regulatory affairs.
Ellen Pressberg brings 14 years of recruiting experience across diverse industries Ellen
holds two Master's degrees: an MBA in Accounting and a Masters in Teaching.
Fran Philips graduated with a BA in English and Education from Brooklyn College. Before
joining Tal & Associates, Fran was an Outpatient Medical Biller for a private physician
practice. She also has a broad background in sales and marketing. Fran joined Tal &
Associates to expand our Revenue Cycle recruitment team
Erica Anglemyer joined Tal & Associates in December, 2010 as an Executive Recruiter
specializing in clinical management positions in long term care, acute care and
community health care. Erica currently oversees administrative operations, business
development and research
