The Wrap Up (15 points)
After reflecting on all the information I have gathered and researched I still wish to pursue a career in Nursing. Not only is it my dream career choice but I am also happy about the financial part of the career. The average wage for a Registered Nurse is about 40.00 dollars an hour working 16-18 hour shifts about 3 days a week. The career field requires some one with good communication skills which I believe I possess stamina and endurance. The nursing career still seems great because off the 3-4 day work schedule which leaves me lot of time to rest and spend time with my family. Also a person working in the Nursing field should be compassionate, patient, confident, and sympathetic which I am. I am also very concerned with the health of the people in my family and community and I would love to learn things that I could use to help in any way possible. I don’t think that I can cure the world but I do believe I can help change some things if only one thing. I am already on my way to starting in my career by taking the first step by receiving a secondary education at Morgan State University.
