It conducted a study using questionnaires with 40 employees to measure motivation levels and the impact of rewards and recognition practices. It found a strong positive correlation between rewards/recognition and motivation, suggesting these factors are important for motivating employees. It provides suggestions for improvements such as involving employees in decision making, offering career development plans, and implementing an employee of the month reward program.
