5. What Is FPC ?
A Homogenous Combustion Catalyst, that is, an additive that
readily dissolves in diesel fuels to play a catalytic role during the
combustion process. (Ref; Zhang DK. Experimental study of effect of homogeneous combustion
catalyst “Energy” journal 2011).
As scientifically accepted, some elements act as catalysts and help
promote combustion. FPC contains ions in the form of Ferrous
Picrate (Fe++) proven to be one of the most effective
Treatment ratio of 1:10,000 does not change fuel specifications
ensuring acceptance by OEM’s
FPC is a true “Combustion Catalyst” in liquid form

7. FPC forms propagating sites throughout the
air/fuel mixture initiating multiple flame fronts.

FTPL in conjunction with customers have conducted hundreds of
Engineering type fuel efficiency tests. (All reports available on web
page). Tests constantly provide evidence of FPC providing:
Reduced fuel consumption
Maintenance benefits
Reduced exhaust smoke
Reduced Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Acts as a biocide
10. Fuel Efficiencies Provided by
FPC Treatment of Fuel
New/Recon; Engines variable loads 2% - 5%
New/Recon; Engines full load 1.7% - 3%

11. FPC Independently Tested
The University of Western Australia (UWA). (Greenhouse emissions
reduced by up to 22%. Fuel efficiency gain at varying loads 2.5% - 4.2%)
Southwest Research Institute, USA. Association of American
Railroads RP503. (Fuel efficiency gain at full load 1.74%)
CAD Railway Services Canada. (Fuel efficiency gain at varying loads, 2.5 -
7%)
NSW Mines Department (Reduced Emissions up to 32%)

19. Summary of What PNSC can Expect
Fuel savings of 2 - 8%
Reduced maintenance costs due to cleaner engines
Reduced diesel particulate matter (smoke) up to 40%
Reduced Greenhouse Gas Emissions up to 22%
Better performance
Effective biocide preventing bacteria and fungus growth
in fuel which can result in blocked fuel filters and
damage to fuel systems
