100% Chardonnay
This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown
in the Castilla‐La Mancha region of Spain.
A nice full, fresh, peachy style. Sweet cashew nose with a
malty character. The palate is rich, ripe, sweet and
flavoursome.
It is a perfect accompaniment to pasta dishes, seafood
and soft cheeses.
Best served at 10‐12ºC.

3. Sauvignon Blanc
100% Sauvignon Blanc
This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes
from the Castilla‐La Mancha region of Spain.
Earthy, mushroom characters to the nose, with delicate
hints of rose petals. Balanced palate has a mineral acid
structure and herbal flavours verging on tropical.
This wine is a perfect accompaniment to seafood,
specially shellfish, light cheese, poultry, pork, etc.
Serve at 8‐10ºC

4. Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
from the Castilla‐La Mancha region of Spain.
Red colour, very intense. Aromas of black and red fruits
and a hint of green pepper. Very elegant and perfect full
bodied wines has good tannin and a long balanced finish.
This wine is a great accompaniment to roast vegetables,
rice dishes, stews, pork and roast lamb.
Best served between 15 and 18ºC.

5. Shiraz -Syrah
100% Shiraz
This wine is made from 100% Shiraz grapes from the
Castilla‐La Mancha region of Spain.
Dense cherry red, almost purple, with red edge. It is rich,
perfumed and coated in cherry liqueur. The palate is full
bodied, and well structured, with the flavors giving
excellent persistence.
The wine is well balanced with soft tannins and bright
acidity.
Serve at 11‐15ºC

6. Merlot
100% Merlot
Merlot is the second most important grape variety used in
the elaboration of best Bordeaux wines which has well
adapted to the climate of Tierra de Castilla.
Deep read colour with aromas of berries, plums, and
cedar. The palate is rich and well defined, with soft
tannins that contribute to enhance this elegant and well
balance wine.
It is a perfect accompaniment to rice, pork, game and
lamb dishes.

7. Tempranillo
100% Tempranillo
Tempranillo is a Spanish well known grape, and the
quality of the wines produced from this grape is famous
all around the world.
Deep red purple colour. Aromas of red and black berries,
with a hint of violet. Concentrated black fruits flavours,
well‐integrated tannins and generous fruit.
Ideal with meat or game dishes, as well as paté and
strong flavour cheeses.
