Poor leadership initially begins from failure to know the needs and requirements of whoever one's leading. Plastering of the eye instead of the bleeding toe finger is just medical form of torture than help, thus being a good leader does not only involve knowing your people well, their needs and wants at a particular time but also subscribing the correct medication at the right time!! Part 3. Each Millennium Fellowship Campus will consist of up to 30 Fellows. Of these, 2 will be selected as Campus Directors, guiding their peers in the process of action planning, reflecting, and deepening their impact. Campus Directors commit to: • 4 hours of virtual training, securing the time and venue for Fellowship sessions, • meeting one-on-one with each Fellow for a 20-minute session in advance of your first Fellowship session, • leading and facilitating Fellowship sessions, documenting and submitting required materials in a timely matter to MCN, • maintaining regular communication with MCN and scheduling monthly check-ins, • reaching out and being a liaison between MCN's global headquarters and your Fellows on campus, • being a model for empathetic, humble, inclusive leadership.
