The document summarizes a meeting of the university's Teaching Fellow Network. The aims of the network are to provide support for teaching fellows' scholarly development and represent their views. At the meeting, teaching fellows shared experiences of promotion through different career grades and discussed current and potential scholarship activities. They formed working groups focused on topics like e-learning, language support, and student support to further collaborative scholarship. Future activities discussed included a joint meeting with the research staff network and a Teaching Fellow Network mini-conference to disseminate innovative teaching and learning work.
