common norm from the beginning, in order to minimize meaningless time spending.
Fortunately, there are various ways to be known as attractive city (viz. Olympic,
Tourism, Sports, Entertainment, Quality of works, Cultural, Social security, so on), and
we can easily get good(or biased) information by technology-devices nowadays. As
long as we are using common infrastructures for professional purposes, we should
think about “What is globalization and how to minimize tragic incidents ?” As in
professional strategy, there is no space for malfunctions.
