7.A Glimpses of Life
From Adam to Ahmad (The Prophet pbuh)
7.A.0
An image of Adam as a human from the clay of cosmic wells
Cast in purity on the shores of sinful shallow earthen swells
Blessed with wisdom to safeguard from all the fire of hells
Finest of creations to dispel the ploys that the devil sells
A cast of body, mind and soul to play the heavenly bells
And move into the Message to Ahmad as the Scripture tells
Wherein the Entire Concept of One Single Almighty dwells.
6. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
6
7.A.1
Man! Wake up to the delights of yet another day
As the virtue of thought conquers a sense of dismay
The victory of the soul is here to smile and stay
For another moment in the beauty of the human clay.
7.A.2
A bowl of virtue cast in the light of planets
Crystals of thought woven in texture of cosmic nets
A distant galaxy of love where the sun never sets
Genetic codes of the souls that appear in divine sets.
7.A.3
Alas! The soul held captive in a castle of clay
As if an eternity is lost in a long life of play
The innocence that once sang the verses of joy
Lies ambushed in passions, checks and slay.
7.A.4
Patterns of thought lost in orbits of obscurity
Like the moments of life that float in eternity
Deeds of men that make up an epsilon in infinity
Conshells of mind that wash up the shores of destiny.
7. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999

7.A.5
Should the orders of infinities follow a mystic rhyme
To separate mere mortals from angels in due time
And sort the songs of thoughts for an immortal chime
That calls men and nations to rise above clay and lime.
7.A.6
Clays of many a color blown in storms of time
As if verses of Message comes from a divine chime
To image the melodies of thought in a haunting rhyme
“Is Allah not enough to free you from your cage of lime.”
7.A.7
Sorrows of the night that choke the hope of a sunrise
As mortals traverse time to reach an alter of demise
Except for a few of those who beautify their tries…
For Truth and Patience amidst the whispers and cries.
7.A.8
Faces and facts battered into strange forms and shapes
Blown by the storms of time like the wind torn drapes
Souls and hearts dumped into islands of devilish apes
Pushed into tides of destiny by the acts of cruel rapes.
8. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999

7.A.9
A brand new universe not limited by the human mind
Where a touch of Infinity bestows vision to the blind
Deep in the chambers of the soul wherein the angels find
The purity of thought leave the photons far behind.
7.A.10
The beauty of a soul sinking into a divine embrace
To conceive the purity of the Universe and its every trace
And enjoin the creation of a brave new world and the race
Where Unity is the goal and virtue is His Divine Solace
Reexamine your role as His Slave seeking His Sacred Face
How long is your tenure in the world and its silken lace
Man! Should you amputate your passions in a holy caress?
7.A.11
Through the loneliness of life appear His Signs as dreams
Alluding to the verses from the Scripture for what it seems
To become the haunting chimes amidst cries and screams
“Are you the clown to ignore His Light amidst the gleams?”

7.A. 12
Time and its Transition, life and its luminescence
To remind the jinns and men of their utter insignificance
Unless the Ih’ram of virtue shines in purest chromiance
Like the Message in the Scripture cast in highest coherence.
7.A.13
Man! So walk on by if you must
Deep into a world of desire, sin and lust
Wherein it means little to hang on to Allah’s Trust
The ore in human clay sometimes suffers the bloodiest rust.
7.A.14
Should the temptress of life beguile an innocent soul
Should the joys of today overcome an immortal role
As the Gardens of Eden blow away when the years roll
Is the lonely alien left without a virtue for a cosmic toll?
7.A.15
Alive and Well is the Lord of One Faith and One Message
Giver of words to speak, concepts to think and virtues to sage
Giver of life to reach and touch or myopia with anger and rage
Bless Your slave who calls You with purity, love and courage.

7.B Beloved! How long will you …
Beloved! How long will you
remain asleep?
A Translation of the Duah
Khum Khum Ya Hababi

Beloved (Prophet)! How long will you remain asleep
(Hababi means Beloved and
the reference is to the Holy Prophet)
Foreword
This beautiful Duah invokes the Mercy of Allah for the
Prophet pbuh to complete his mission in carrying the Message
of Allah to the rest of the mankind to follow him. It is
singularly thought provoking and spiritually stunning
because it reminds humans how each and every creation of
Allah is fulfilling its own obligation in making the universe
roll from one day to the next. I also reminds every mortal as
to how much work (and worship) lies ahead in every lifetime
to be transformed to Nu’r (light) from earthen clay.
Finally, it challenges every soul to become worthy of a
slightest fraction of the Love that Allah held for His beloved
Prophet. The Prophet and the Miracle of Allah’s Message as
it is Scripted in the Holy Qur’an have influenced the lives of a
significant fraction of the population of the world! Can we
influence our own lives towards something a little more
immortal? A little more than the sensual?
The actual translation in the original Duah is carried by
the first line and the seven word:
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing
of the fourth line of every verse. The second and the third
lines are compiled to compliment the concept in the first line.

In Reverence to the
Last Prophet of Allah!
7.B.1
Leader of Mankind as Allah’s last Prophet
Jewel of the heavens shinning from a cosmic net
Beloved of mu’mins, a gift of Allah, and His servant
Pride of all the angels for whom the virtues are their set
For humans, an eternal mind where light and clay intersect
In Holy Qur’an, the Message for every season, for every sect
For all the prophets, a final end and their Mission totally met.

7.B.2
Servant of Allah! But for how much longer
Should you linger asleep as a lonely ranger
In a world where you entered as a stranger
Should sleep overtake you amidst danger?
7.B.3
Strange that the Beloved of Allah should fall asleep
Succumb to sorrows and fatigue as they slowly creep
As if a savage earthen pull moves him from the deep
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing up to weep?
7.B.4
Sleeps not the servant of Allah pleading for the heavens
On a flight of souls past the reach of many an earthly ravens
Riding the wings of virtue rare as the early birds from caimans
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing in the clay ovens?
7.B.5
Sleeps not the Almighty Creator of the night
That puts the minds of sinners in a mortal fright
Yet brings back the peace for those who pursue the right
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing up straight?
14. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999

7.B.6
Sleeps not the Creator of everything created
From the tiny chromosome to the Himalayas elevated
As they seek the Glory of Allah never to be satiated
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing up excited?
7.B.7
Sleep not the splendid sky nor the high throne
Extending this life through clay and bone
To govern the pulse of Love that no one shall clone
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing all alone?
7.B.8
Sleep not the brightest canopy and the quill
That writes the destiny of men in dismay or in drill
Through out the universe caught up in a senseless thrill
Beloved! How long will you sleep standing up still?
7.B.9
Sleep not all, entire or any of His creations
That govern all the internal clocks and gyrations
To stabilize life for a while in worlds of fascinations
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing all temptations?
15. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
15
7.B.10
Sleep not the moon nor the suns that constantly burn
You wake up to this life with all the virtues to earn
The Holy Scriptures of Allah are there for you to learn
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing in the sun?
7.B.11
Sleeps not the earth nor the sky raised up high
As a canopy for the clouds to hide and cry
In sorrow for life of sin as a painful sty
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing up and why?
7.B.12
Sleep not the plants nor the trees very low or very tall
The Mercy of Allah nourishes the universes one and all
Without a wink nor a blink standing up Winter or Fall
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing in a clay stall?
7.B.13
Sleep not the clouds afloat nor the oceans as they roll
To soothe the sorrows of souls lost in an earthen bowl
And immortalize thoughts into verses of a holy scroll
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing on fiery coal?
16. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
16
7.B.14
Sleep not the majestic heaven nor the hell set afire
Ready for those whose acts and deeds go haywire
And turn their lives into dreams that devils conspire
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing choked in fire?
7.B.15
Sleep not the beauties nor the maidens in pristine space
To float through the minds and souls of those in solace
And piety that leads them out of evil in their human case
Beloved! Long is your sleep standing up to a mortal phase!
7.B.16
Sleep not the birds of flight nor the beasts that roam
Angels and humans have to return to their destined home
A message from the Scripture or the forgotten relics of Rome
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing in an earthen dome?
7.B.17
Sleep is forbidden to those who love the Divine
Wake up for the Wudu’ and walk the Straight Line
Deep into the skies from the clays that moan and pine
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing by the Shrine?
17. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
17
7.B.18
Sleeps not the one who longs for the Merciful One
Should you still be greedily tempted by what you own
Clay fields get dry and barren as the birds have flown
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing up all alone?
7.B.19
Sleep not the lover nor the beloved in a tight embrace
As the universe spins around to expose its naked face
And follows its destiny to become lost without a trace
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing up in a daze?
7.B.20
Sleep not love and belongings in the human race
Since Adam and Eve to begin an uneasy race
Between intellect and emotion to regain time and space
Beloved! How long is your sleep stood up in a gold brace?
7.B.21
Sleep not the brightest day nor the darkest night
In bringing His Love and Light to you pure and bright
To guide you through the earthen joys and deadly fright
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing up right?
18. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
18
7.B.22
Sleeps not Almighty Allah and His Holy Blessing
That brings life to plants and sets the birds singing
And gives orbits to planets and sets the earths spinning
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing and snoozing?
7.B.23
Sleeps not Adam with his pristine body and chromosomes
To evolve his soul from the instinct that aimlessly roams
Past the earthly confines to the serene heavenly domes
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing in wilted homes?
7.B.24
Sleeps not Ibrahim and his honorable friendship
With Almighty to build and bestow the gift of kinship
For all mu’mins of the World with Kab’ah for worship
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing in a sailing ship?
7.B.25
Sleeps not Moses, the one who spoke unto his Creator
With Seven Signs of Allah to unnerve every conspirator
Whilst defying Firon, his silly throne and his scepter
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing as the curator?
19. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
19
7.B.26
Sleeps not the Holy Prophet, The Messenger of Allah
To lead all believers towards the Path of Whad’ah
Into the Immortality of His Presence symbolized in Kab’ah
Beloved! How long is your sleep standing for Aqeed’ah?
7.B.27 (zero ∞)
A shrine of lights in the Mosque of the Prophet
That invokes a glimpse of Ellahi as a fleeing comet
Calling His servant to the City of Souls from a holy template
With the keys to Eternity given out as an angel’s trumpet.
7.B.28 (one ∞)
Gratitude to Allah for the Prophet pbuh, the Leader of Mankind
For his role as a prophet, a captain and a human, very kind
Who always taught pristine piety deep in the heart and in mind
Through life, death, hereafter and eternity still for men to find.
7.B.29 (∞ .∞)
Over the Jabel-e-Nur, where the scepter of wisdom hides
To sometimes touch the climbers with its immortal sides
And invoke the mystery of lights with a million strides
For the soul to receive the Message that Allah confides.

7.C The Songs of Angels
7.C. 0
Will you Listen?
But why should the angels talk to me
A mere servant of Allah cast in clay to be
A mirage, a lightning, or a ripple in the sea
Do the words come in shapes of a cosmic key
To open the doors to lead mu’mins into divinity
Crystals of thoughts that catch glimpses of Infinity
Here today, nowhere tomorrow, till we meet in eternity.
Songs of Angels

(7.C. 1 )
Songs of Angels never meant for the human voice
Secrets of the universe written in frozen ice
Verses of joy scribbled in pages of vice
Like you and I destined by some mortal ties.
(7.C. 2 )
A lonely soul pining along the Milky Way
Awaiting angels of mercy to join in and pray
A meteor of life with only moments to stay
Only to be obliterated if tempted astray.
(7.C. 3 )
For all the beauty in a thousand verses
For all the sorrows in life no one nurses
For all the treasures in a million purses
Sings the call of angels through the universes.
(7.C. 4 )
Embrace the soul with the beauty of your name
To elate the mind well above the mortal fame
Into a spiral of infinities not cast all the same
To blend and beautify eternity whence it came.
22. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
22
(7.C. 5 )
Whence from are the songs of the divine
That fill the mind with a taste of wine
And awaken the soul with voices of angel so fine
To the joys of walking the Most beautiful line.
(7.C. 6 )
Songs from infinity hailing a soul towards eternity
Where the light embraces the mind in tranquillity
Inside a chamber for moments of nascent reality
And the thought is nucleus of immortality.
(7.C. 7 )
Alas! The mortal clay wherein you have lived so long
Captivates your soul with a grip ever so strong
Mystifies your mind with the magic of greedy wrong
And shreds your thoughts for a dance and a song!
(7.C. 8 )
Laments for mercy from a stranded soul
Minds of men buried in an earthen hole
Oceans frozen for ever never to roll
Portraits of eternity painted on a Cosmic bowl.
23. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
23
(7.C. 9 )
Supreme is the Faith, the ultimate Cure
To rightfully constitute the beauty, beast and hu’r
And lead the saint and sage to the nu’r
The gates of wisdom, truth and eternity for sure.
(7.C. 10 )
A cloak of light in the virtue of the deeds
Deep in the chambers of mind with holy beads
Within a shrine of honor as the scripture reads
Treasures of the world, who needs? who needs?
(7.C. 11 )
A canopy of thought where Virtue succeeds
A shrine of mind where Beauty appears as deeds
A scripture of Unity to which Truth always leads
Seek! And ye shall find the Flower among the weeds.
(7.C. 12 )
Justice and peace in the minds of men
Truth and beauty in their deeds now and then
To take the souls to Faith, if and when
When and where, time and space, stand still and stern.
24. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
24
(7.C. 13 )
The distance between love and longing
That holds the thread of hope from sagging
Courage that blocks the evil from nagging
To rescue from the fires of passion just lagging.
(7.C. 14 )
But why do mortals pursue divine wisdom?
When actions and thoughts meet but seldom
Through time and space in a cosmic kingdom
Truth and beauty never meet, or is it random?
(7.C. 15 )
Those extinct volcanoes that ragged with fire and fury
Lost in time trodden into dust and debris
Crimes of passion of those lost in power and glory
Forgetting that unto Him belongs all the Glory.
(7.C. 16 )
Alas! The torments of time
Should rip every thought and break every rhyme
And wash the clay away from the lime
To interrupt the melody and shatter the chime.
25. In the Name of ..
Syed V. Ahamed, May 1999
25
(7.C. 17 )
Words of wisdom in the thoughts of humans
Like the lives of angels in the destiny of commons
Deeds of prophets that become heavenly omens
Moments of life beautified as the figurines of Romans.
(7.C. 18 )
Deeds of men that drift into the wings of eternity
To reach the numbers past the limits of infinity
Again to re converge within a Circle of Unity
Wherein light becomes Nu’r and thought is Divinity.
(7.C. 19 )
The clay that forever longs to become light
Within a microcosm of passions and delight
From the origin of life in a cell ever so slight
That converges into Infinity shinning ever so bright.
(7.C. 20 )
Longings of the heart lost in dismay
Flowers of Spring caught in a frost of May
Infinities converge into Unity, Say what you may
Unto Him leads every thought at end of the day.

Words of Mikaeel pbuh
Fruits of virtue in the Gardens of Eden
Grown from Light far from any earthen den
Sculptors of intellect in the Mansions of Heaven
Carved from thought never baked in any clay oven
Gathered by Angels as they sing words of a cosmic pen
Writing the cravings of the soul as they climb now and then
Those Scriptures in the Holy Books given to Prophets as men.

7.D The Call of Death
7.D. 0
The Dispassionate Reality
When the clay losses it hold and falls by the way
And the eyes refuse to open on a bright sunny day
The soul shall hear the words of joy as the prophets say
That every tiny deed of virtue will return in a kindest way
Or the mind shall hear shrieks of death from the devil’s bay
That every tiny deed of evil will bring back regret and dismay
Till the dawn of Hereafter for which all the dead and living pray.

7.D.1
Myself! If you and I with soul can reunite
To grasp the rationale for this trauma and fight
Would not we shatter life into verses of delight
And then rewrite Songs of Angels in a human plight?
7.D.2
Thoughts that have scaled up the spiritual peaks
To grasp and hold the heights that the mu’mins seek
Well past the thrills that capture the earthen freaks
Alas! Is there a shrine for saints and mystiques.
7.D.3
Prophets of Allah who have built deep inroads
Past the earthen ditches and evil strangleholds
To offer a refuge against fungus and molds
And bestow the flight above the straying crowds.

Space collapsed into sphere without an outside
Nature condensed in a neutrino without an inside
Man! What have been without a spiritual side
A tangle in the web without an inside or an outside.

Today! An attire for the soul cast in eternity
A symbol of the mind derived from purity
Numbers in thought retrieved as a fraction of infinity
The end of a body surmised by the genes of humanity.
7.D.6
The call of death that sends the chills down the spine
For those who do not care to walk down the holy line
Dispelled by fear, greed and hate from the eternal shrine
Where Truth intercepts Life in the Presence of the Divine.
7.D.7
Should a cage of lime hold a soul in an earthen hostage
For the deeds of Adam in the world of uncertain passage
With sin and shame in a drama of dismay and wreckage
Except for those who fill their lives with love and courage.
7.D.8
When the weight of clay is a burden for the cage of lime
And the word of mouth start to slip the mental rhyme
The call of death becomes a relief from the jaws of time
That obliterate the misty melody of a heavenly chime.

The spots of age overwrite the youthful games of play

When the rhythm of life fails to track nights and days
And the desire to live on turns to an empty gaze
The Love of Ellahi turns to a canopy of clouds faraways
Recalling His servant to willfully break the earthen ways.

So ends a saga of blood, sweat and tears
That masks the soul behind many faces of fears
To begin a new era of peace for whom virtue endears
And an eternal suffering for whom life was sinful years.

And the reasons to live are drained from a pot of clay
The night stretches farther and farther into the day …
Never to return from the shrine it had entered to pray.

That hosted life in the confines of a earthen block
Only to lead the shepherd from his priceless flock.

And the soul drifts like a polar sculpture of ice
Uncertain when the storm gets into the moist eyes
The songs of angels will offer a canopy of virtue from the vice
Seeking all the mu’mins with love in every form and size
Microcosm of heavens that beckon the angels to rise
To the call of death and leave behind an earthen bed of lies.

7.E The Voices from Eternity
7.E.0
Longings of the Soul
Deep inside the refuge of souls in a shrine of Unity
Calls a voice for the virtuous to come into immortality
Where time and space stand still in perfect tranquillity
To bow down to the holy Presence of the serene Divinity
And undertake the sacred vows to adhere to pristine purity
A domain reserved for the holiest with a selfless quality
Thoughts of mortals collected in dew drops of eternity.

The Voices from Eternity
7.E.1
Longings of the heart lost on the shores of mind
As if the waves have brought new melodies to find
From the wonder-land of a distant cosmic rind
Long after the sun is set and the clay has lost its bind.
7.E.2
Words already set to a distant rhyme
As if moments are drawn from a cosmic time
Melodies meant for an angel’s chime
Is this a home for clay far from sin and crime?
7.E.3
Voices of angels in deep embrace with verses of men
As if a long awaited duel with destiny has been won
In a twilight zone where life has nowhere to run
And the fates of mu’mins have nothing more to earn.
7.E.4
Alas! Even the clay should turn to silt
And the faces of innocence should begin to wilt
The Castle of Refuge that the soul had built
Should for ever lose its charm and joyous lilt.

7.E.5
Bestow Your servant with the gift of Thy Presence
That imparts the life with a pure and holy sense
And reaches the shores of wisdom with the essence
To nourish the soul with cosmic truth without pretense.
7.E.6
Themes of lives that rehearse the irrevocable fact
That a lily ripped open loses its beauty and tact
To be battered by time never again to attract
The angels unless humans from evil firmly retract.
7.E.7
Deep down the core of mind lies a burning inferno
To feed for a million sins in the town of Reno
Or to sing the Praise of Allah in the voice of a soprano
High above the towering heights of an exploding volcano.
7.E.8
A neural trail of joy and ecstasy drawn in purity
For a body and a mind having found unity in infinity
A lonely trail of a cosmic entity drawn in eternity
For a soul and an angel seeking Infinity in Unity.

Comets and meteors that are meant to fall by the way
Notions and thoughts never to see the light of the day
You and I cast in shapes in clay for a while to stay
Unity and Infinity where time and space do not sway.
7.E.10
Fountains of virtues for a thirsty soul
Hailing the lost traveler away from a black hole
Like the songs of angels from an ancient scroll
Reciting to the man orbiting in a sensuous role.
7.E.11
Patterns of rhythms in the sleepless neural nets
Portraits of beauty where the sun never sets
Seven layers of virtue for all the human bets
To lead the soul away from all the cosmic threats.
7.E.12
Where gravity of sin does not constrict the orbit of soul
Where Nu’r of Allah embraces the light of a mu’min’s role
Voices of angels reach into the words of an earthen bowl
“Ellahi! Pray open the Doors that Your Mercies may roll.”

Wanders the souls of mu’mins like a tribe of gypsies
Seeking the Love of Allah promised in the prophecies
“Remember Me and I will remember you in My Mercies.”
7.E.14
A shadow of the Absolute in the scriptures of the mind
As if eternity lingers in words that only clay can bind
Where time and space slip in life and reality to find
For a moment and a thought, lost again in cosmic rind.
7.E.15
Depths of thought that push deep into eternal space
Where the Mercies of Allah wear a prophet’s face
And bestow the pen with an angel’s grace
To span soul and mind with an almost human phrase.
7.E.16
Fractals of thought that escape the geometry of mind
Verses of wisdom that humans attempt to bind
Limits of infinity that life had once failed to find
Blend in voices of eternity that the soul left behind.

Shrines of wisdom and highways of thought
For the soul to traverse as time has taught
From Adam to Eve along a gravitational tract
To span the spiritual space that angels have sought.
7.E.19
Thoughts that bounce back from the edges of universe
As if the pearls of mind are the words of a perfect verse
Virtues that come back to the soul from a divine nurse
As the Songs of Angels are the keys to a cosmic purse.
7.E.20
“Man! Is Allah not enough for thee?”
Everything is because He commands it to be
Allah, Prophet and you that make a triadic three

With dismay of evil is spun in the throw of crooked dice.

Lifelong data random like pebbles by an ancient sea
Surmised as information like leaves of a medicinal tea
Compiled into knowledge for those who feel, care and see
Recited as sagas of wisdom in a shrine of learned and free
Restated as books of belief calling them to the Adam’s tree
Affirmed again in the scripture of faith to become prophecy
And to offer a blessed few a Glimpse of His Own infinity.

To belittle rationale and scatter the thoughts about
To derange the mind and plunge its harmony in a clout

Till the senses perceive the Truth behind the Spring and the Drought

Human bondage in anguish that does not last
False hope within a transient earthly caste
Glimpses from Eternity from a distant past
To gather the human souls under Your Holy Mast!

7.F.83
A beautiful shrine with Ninety Nine domes
Many a thought collected from many distant homes
Where melody haunts, truth abounds and virtue foams
And a chariot of clouds in which the Prophet roams.
7.F.84
Rinse the soil and silt from this mortal clay
Cleanse the noise and neons from the message to relay
“That the role of men is much more than games people play
The essence of Truth, Beauty and Virtue is not for evil to parlay!”
7.F.85
Should honor dissipate and thoughts diverge
And lead many a soul to evil never again to converge
As the Light of Allah forsakes the hypocrites as they emerge
The Cosmic Ark of Noah floats to eternity never again to submerge.
7.F.86
Strangers in the night as the mind and soul lie unwed
In a bed of clay, as it gets rattled, shaken and shattered
A restless dawn for the threesome still dearly beloved
Through the life of men without faith nor a prayer said.

Whispers in the Night
7.F.87
The beginning of life that starts out as one lobe of infinity
With its two edges holding the human soul in pristine purity
To be entangled in a web of relations to redefine human sanity
A dazzle of time and space to complete the other lobe in eternity
With its countless edges holding the mind in a sensational reality
That crystallizes in a lineage of words from the verses of immortality
“Man! How long can you deny your Creator, the Only Unified Infinity.”
7.F.88
When events of the past sound like stories of the old
And treasures of the heart are exposed to be cheaply sold
Scriptures of the prophets are mocked as fables twice told
The souls climb the Ark of Noah as the skies rumble and fold
And the Mercy of the Lord floods a new earth freshly rolled
To restart a new universe of the mind far from chill and cold
That had frozen the virtues of Adam that man can no longer hold.

7.F.89
Man! should you kill your brother in a sinful rage
And drive Eve from her refuge into a clumsy cage
Violate the children of virtue even before their age
Create a living hell with the devil himself as a decoy sage
That feeds your sins to the animal in you as an ugly savage
Open your eyes before your insolence blinds your retinal range
Creature of Hate! Where is your soul that God’s Mercy may salvage?
7.F.90
A sculpture of Light and Virtue cast in a pristine soul
In a distant Garden of Eden cast in a cosmic roll
To be brought to life in clay cast in a human role
Only to turn to Truth and Beauty cast in a Qur’anic Scroll
And be immortalized in a Garden where the angels stroll
To look over the edges of a different reality in an infinite bowl
Calling men to a prayer for Mercy from One and Only Unified Whole.

7.F.91
But whither runneth the exuberance of yesterday’s glory
As the tides of time flood the moments of life with a fury
Only to drag the kings and knights deep in the Night to bury
With their passions in life that leave their souls painfully sorry
Only because the continuum of creation is agile enough to carry
The relevance of body, mind and soul well past an earthen quarry
Man! Don’t you see the deeds of today are the themes of an eternal story.
7.F.92
The songs in the wind that become the words of a holy verse
That reach up to the skies as the pearls of a cosmic purse
Like the shapes of clouds through the skies as they traverse
Bringing back the rain and life to the soil and clay to nurse.
7.F.93
The songs in the wind that become the beat of a sexy verse
That tumble down to the earth as the omens of an evil curse
Like the howls of the jinns in a dance of sinners tough and terse
Bringing back the hellish fury of Allah from the volcanoes adverse.

7.F.94
Alas! Those struggles that rip the soul away from me
To lay bare the forbidden fruit from the passionate tree
Within the reach that under the shroud of sleepy mystery
Reason may fall and drift to an erotic beach of a distant sea
Where the cries and sighs no longer reach the Doors of Mercy
Till the verses of the Qur’an resound with the words of prophecy
“Man! Is Allah not enough for you, wheever you may hide to be?”
7.F.95
Every conceived cell seeking a maternal womb to dominate
Every hasty child seeking an ancient wisdom to negate
Every aroused youth seeking a gene pool to navigate
Every torn mind seeking a loving home to rejuvenate
Every beautiful thought seeking a holy face to resonate
Every lonely soul that seeks the tomb of beauty to penetrate
Man! Should you seek a bed of virtue to lie down and meditate?

7.F.96
A womb of light for the soul in transition
Towards a universe with many a manifestation
Where every hue of virtue is to a heavenly destination
Of Truth, Virtue and Beauty each in pleasing proportion
And every shade of evil ends in pit of hellish denomination
Of Agony, Regret and Fire each knotted in a deadly composition
Man! The choice is yours, but for now this call is Allah’s invitation.
7.F.97
A message of Faith to heal the grieving heart
Sinking in fear, apathy and hate that do not part
The company of disbelievers used to honey and tart
“Man! Wake up to this life and play your pristine part
And dispel the company of the Evil one telling you to dart
This message of love, honor and glory to help you yourself sort
The price of evil is death and the reward of virtue heals your heart.

Portraits of virtue painted on pages of time
As if the angels and men are singing in rhyme
The Praises of Allah in the melody of an eternal chime
To blend Truth and Beauty both in their youth and prime
Resurrected in an universe of souls sculpted in pearls and lime
Far distant from the maddening crowds cast in charisma and crime
Seeking the glory of mortal life fleeting in a world of games and grime.
7.F.99
But where are the words for the thoughts in a cosmic flow
Around the Presence of Allah Whose Names forever glow
With the rhythm of a heartbeat high above or deep below
Converging to its final destination in eternity sure but slow
In a cycle of life and death in its tempo mature and mellow
A vision for prophets who are chosen from nations shallow
Searching for the soul in a world of macroeconomics bellow.

A ray of light for the believer who lovingly reads
A verse of Love for the lonely Mu’min who painfully pleads
A drop of Kau’sar amidst the thrones and wealth, thorns and weeds
A glimpse of Mercy for the one reciting Your Names on the holy beads
Forever has Your slave sought the prophets and their holy deeds
For long has Your servant discarded the call from evil creeds
The glitter of a fleeting world, Who needs? Who needs?
7.F.101
Lives of prophets that are the footprints on the passages to Infinity
Virtues of saints that are steps leading to the doors of purity
Deeds of Allah that are the cornerstones in the evolution of humanity
Moments in life that become the trails to the Shrine of eternity
Doors of wisdom that open the vision of the drifting kernels in infinity
Voices of nature that call to the divine order within cosmic entity
“Man! Guard yourself from sin and shame, disorder and disintegrity.

When the pain and sorrow will turn to Truth and Beauty of His Name
And the Piety and Virtue of Mu’mins will turn down the mortal fame
The Mercy of Allah will recall His servants from whence they came
Man! Open your eyes, you will have only yourself to blame
For Allah has not created you dumb, deaf, blind or lame
Walk over to The Straight Path that you may learn to tame
Those silly excuses from men and jinns that you frequently claim!
7.F.103
Greeting! Allah spake unto His servant
A mere messenger who came and who went
Far into eternity ahead of those yet to be sent
To leave a holy trail of love when the skies are bent
Where no evil may dare for all the valor it has been lent
Against the Will of Allah, deception is not worth a copper cent
When the skies shall rip, you will know what is said and what is meant.

ADMONITION (for those who dare)
7.F.104
Stand up to evil and sin with conviction and courage
Gear up your thoughts and strength to hear the Message
Given to His Seven prophets and then to the Prophet to manage
The fight against hypocrisy and oppression with a beautiful wage
Else you be a thief or a bandit seen with stolen cargo and baggage
A mouse caught in a baited trap or an animal drugged in a cage
O Man! You can close your eyes now and become a cabbage.
7.F.105
Your mind and your thoughts, your beauty and your courage
Lead a crusade against your sins and shame, pollution and garbage
To come out as a savior for your soul through this earthen wreckage
For all the jewels and glamour, emerald towers and cruel breakage
You stand a meager servant of Allah in His Divine entourage
A mere idol of clay, you see yourself amidst all the barrage
Either to be a saint amongst men or a devil in espionage.
7.F.106
But! Ever so fragile is the spiritual bondage
As man flounders in a world like a reckless savage
With willful deception filled with passion, sin and rage
Ignoring the Glory in the Signs of Allah that He may salvage
The Light of a distant soul now a lost prisoner in the rummage
Helpless like a little child, hungry and abused in an orphanage
Man! Wake up to the Truth, aren’t you your determined sage?

Where body and needs govern the greed for the silken lace
And the rhythm of life ends in the transient human embrace
To catch a glimpse of extraneous spaces as an undue menace.
Perceptual Space S-2
7.F.108
A Dreamland where only notions may transgress its space
To sort out the beauties that grace and the beasts that efface
And cast the silent thoughts and in the minds that trace

And recast the joys and sorrows as a slap on someone’s face.
Space for the Soul S-4
7.F.110

To bathe in Kau’ser in the Prophet’s Garden like a little dace
And become Light before it can ever witness His Divine Face.
Perpetual Space S-7

Where a ray of Light lost in Infinity never returns to retrace
Its Path of Virtues that has granted the soul its eternal solace

Spaces, anyone?
7.F.115
Spaces, spaces everywhere but not a cranny to hide
The naked soul in an world that has spread far and wide
Desserts to span, clouds to cross, nations to stride, skies to ride
Where is the prayer mat that is spread to restrain the blowing tide
Storms and tears, stress and grief, and a million faces that slide
Through meaningless scenes of days and nights that glide
Alas! Where is the Immortal Love in which to confide.
7.F.116
A shrine of virtue for the soul to be the bride
When the passions flaming in this clay shall subside
Where ignorant armies in the night shall not bomb and collide
For the meager possessions for which nations have fought and lied
As the breath of immortality lays men and angels side by side
And the Word of the Scripture shall not be brushed aside
The Unity of Allah shall be the Honor and Pride.

The Divine Call (TDC)
Whispers in the Twilight
7.G.1
Shrieks and screams, too many broken dreams
After evil has left sandy tracks with its dark schemes
Pity that man still discards Truth after all that it seems
An idol of virtue cast in twilight as it glistens and gleams
With Songs of Angels from the skies held by sacred beams
To carry the universe in harmony and grace of heavenly teams
Well past meteors in space, life in clay, or what the intellect redeems.
7.G.2
Those Holy thoughts that do not subside
Calling upon the clay wherein they have to reside
Deep in Prayer in the Shrines of Faith that Prophets guide
And ascend the ladders of virtue to bring the soul outside
Like the figurines of Purity that do not lie helpless beside
The gift of life and soul transient till the worlds collide
When men and nations are like ants in a volcanic slide.

THE AZAAN (The Call for Prayer)
7.G.3
The call of Azaan led me to a Divine Door
Through it I beheld the Mighty Sign of Four
Truth, Virtue, Beauty and Light for ever more
A glimpse of each I took to make my earthen core.
7.G.4
Fear not that Virtue should lead you to the unknown
Withhold not to expend yourself from a mortal loan
To pursue Truth to the pinnacle of a glassy cone
The spirit in His Love has never learned to moan.
7.G.5
Human minds to break their biological clock
And stars to fall off their cosmic dock
Azaan from a distant past should lead
The souls that once were His Holy Flock.
7.G.6
Merge your will with His Infinite Order
In a Universe of mystery let your mind ponder
A bead of Cosmic clay in an helix of life
To His Omnipresent Pull let thyself wander!

7.G.7
A hazy glow before an impending dawn
Woods of life and an uneasy baby fawn
Over the peaks of glory for a hasty retreat
Story twice told about a senseless human pawn!
7.G.8
A Cosmic glow over the mountain peaks
As if the sun from a distance peeks
Over the treasures that the Earth holds
Purest souls that He, the Omnipotent seeks!
7.G.9
In the crater of time is an Origin of Light
Like the center of truth holds a focus of Might
For all your passions and false delight
Seek Him, Who against evil, holds you tight.
7.G.10
Voices of Azaan that brings a divine peace
Pursuits of joy and glory born to cease
Gather the keys for the Doors stood up to freeze
To Eternity from the moment of life has begun to ease.

7.G.11
Corners of breath to host the Focus of thought
Like the Infinite seen through a perceptual slot
Body that has the Soul for a while trapped
Man! thou hast within thee, An Infinite brought.
7.G.12
Songs of the soul recited from one smile to another
Like the Call for Prayer from one brother to another
As the vices of men are driven further and further
Man! You and your Creator, who can rip you asunder?
7.G.13
The invocation to Truth, Beauty and Virtue
And for a while to forget every passion that humans pursue
To greet the angels of love with their divine due
Songs of Angels written with light in the cosmic dew.
7.G.14
Those voice of Azaan that beautifies the mu’min’s thought
Like the longing for Spring that Winter has brought
The Promise of the Hereafter that the virtues in life have caught
Like the colors of a new creation that the human mind has sought.

SALAAT (from TDC written in US)
7.G.15
A Pot of clay in an Orbit of thought
Far from the turmoil of the Earthen lot
Waiting in space with the wise and true
For a Morning bright upon a Neural Mat.
7.G.16
With my Master, inside the halls of Virtue
I saw a finely sculptured intellectual Statue
Balanced between reason and illusion
A heartbeat between life and love to pursue!
7.G.17
Strings of thought beyond the Neural mat
Eternity from the Mosque where the Prophet sat
Cosmic dust held in a timeless Tawaf
Gifts of Allah ordained by a divine Act.
7.G.18
Over the Horizon of self lies a tomb of mind
Ninety Nine sides to cast hues of the deepest kind
Tawaf of Love around an Infinite Order
Pilgrimage for the Spirit with no passion to find.

7.G.19
The silent breeze brings Thy unspoken words
Like the heavenly direction in the angelic birds
A gift of guidance for all the human herds
Thy Presence for which there are no words.
7.G.20
A Universe with every electron in a finite Spin
A mind with a precise thought for every earthen Bin
Where glittering virtue pours out from a can of Tin
Yet Infinite Order obscured in the head of a Pin.
7.G.21
From this life arose an angel of Virtue
Every ray of Light had a goal to pursue
At its focus was the clarity of a moon
Orbiting around Him as an Omnipresent statue.
7.G.22
Through the dead of the night was a command to find
The Seeds of Cosmic Spirit within an Earthly rind
From the Scriptures forgotten long ago, I remembered
"Look deep inside the hyper-space of your own mind!"

Whence did we come and whither did we blow
Like dust fallen out of a Cosmic glow
Crystals of thought in a summer of life
Leaves as the winds in Autumn start to flow.
7.G.24
A Puzzle of events upon which you and I bet
Was a Face in the Wind before you and I met
The Dice were cast before the Game was set
The Theme of Life was spelled in a Genetic net.
7.G.25
Crystals of ice from a frozen universe
Flakes of thought from a mystic verse
Patterns of order from peaks of wisdom
Polarized events for angels to converse.
7.G.26
Universes entombed in a Mirage of Universes
Words stripped from a book of angelic verses
Orbits of thought in the lives of pebbles
Children in a Shrine whom no one nurses.

Divine promise broken by the human creed
Oracle of love ruptured by human greed
Passion extreme squeezed into broken dream
A haunting melody played on a broken Reed!
7.G.28
Frailties should become a melancholic pattern
Courage should collapse before the heroic turn
Lessons of life that the mind does not learn
Storms should block the flight of an Arctic Tern.
7.G.29
Those Earthen statues that no one needs
Treasures of love to be worthless weeds
Along the streets of life that no one heeds
Futile flowers of passion that hold no seeds.
7.G.30
Alas! that the earthly lights blind the sight
The dead of Night precedes the Morning bright
That a Pot of clay held in serene delight
Forever lost to reach Thy Lasting Light.

When thy Script of life has no virtue to send
Stranded thou art battered into an unknown bend
Pearl of Light for a Bead of Clay, He will lend
Piety within Mercy, He has only Love to blend.
7.G.32
Breeze of time should blow the Petals of youth
From a Cradle of Life held in a drifting booth
Lives not to be, become worlds to hide the Sky
Craters in a Cosmic Face that do not soothe.
7.G.33
Misguided! Well documented are thy wages
Drifting in time against the Word of sages
Human anguish as the evil rages
Volcanic ashes over footsteps through ages.
7.G.34
Abandon not thy Duty even in Pain extreme
From the depth of despair arises a mystic dream
From the agony of death arises a Spiritual gleam
The Core of Chaos always holds An Order Supreme!

Events strung together in an unbalanced rhyme
"Turn thyself to virtue", I heard my Master
"For Us to turn your life to a Lasting Chime!"

That human anguish transcends Thy company
Mystic light that pierces pain and agony
A mortal mind driven to lonely beach
The Potter and Pot in deepest of harmony.
7.G.37
Tawaf for the mind, Orbit for the soul
Pots of clay spun for their Earthen role
Pulled by the Love for an Infinite kind
Particles of dust under an Inverted Bowl.

Mystic Carpet to cross the terrestrial height
Infinite Order at the eye of an Storm --

Ray of Light to always remain bright
Glimpse of Beauty to brighten the sight
Rhythm of life to evolve with super sense
Pyramid of intellect with Allah at its height.

For pain should come from an aftermath of lust
A traveler from nowhere be a target of time
Far in Space for whatever reason that is just.
7.G.44
Facts be dispassionate, and feelings be cool
Peaks of Wisdom drowned in a shallow pool
Oracles of thought in orbits of biological rule
Human shapes or fallen chips of a Heavenly tool.
7.G.45
That life should tumble like a mountain stream
To rip apart the very fabric of human dream
Scatter the treasures of guarded peace
And to an old man bring back a baby's scream.
7.G.46
Where is the focus? What is the theme?
Life turned to events sequenced in a dream

Truth and Virtue which you and I so causally slay
Transformations of life with transitional delay!
7.G.49
Dolls of clay in temporal transitions
Words in poems that capture sublime positions
Numbers read from an ungainly cosmic clock
Changing events to lives with uncanny precision!

For whatever that life has in the past brought
Lies buried like the treasure that Jamsheed sought.
7.G.61
Once I remember peeping in a door called Desire
Time stood still for a mind that would not tire
Purity an illusion and passions in human attire
For a moment I found my senses ready to conspire.

He appeared to be a saint to the child in me
Many Seasons I wondered who he might be
Only to find the young man who lived in me.

Far from the treasures that Jamsheed sought
Climbing in space around a helical path
Towards a Morning bright on a Prayer Mat.

That Infinite Order be the nucleus of human thought
An Iris of life has beheld what the Cosmos brought
Lasting Peace be what the Universe has ever sought

Mystic light should pierce pain and agony
A mortal mind driven to lonely beach
The Potter and Pot in deepest of harmony.

Virtue blessed by Him at the Door of Eternity
Soul taken from me, turn thyself to be its Key!

Whence did we come and whither do we blow
Like the dust fallen out of a cosmic glow
Crystals of hope in an ocean of life
Fallen leaves in Autumn Winds as they flow.

Universe entombed in a Mirage of Universes
Word stripped from a Book of Angelic verses
Orbit of thought in the lives of pebbles
An orphan in a Shrine whom no one nurses.

Broken dreams trampled own into molten clay
Fallen leaves for lives to begin a new play
Virtue which you and I so casually slay
Transformations in life with sequenced delay.

Events strung together in an unbalanced rhyme

It seemed as if every Pebble wanted to talk
Crystallized life trapped in ruptured Rock

For which of Thy favors can I deny

False hope within a transient earthly cast
Glimpses from Eternity from a distant past

Virtue over scars in the tissues of an earthen lot
Obliterated words of an unforgiving plot

Realities that are meant to last only a while
Illusions that vanish like the shadow of a smile

To drown the hopes and dreams of the distant past

Even the Noah’s Ark now wears a broken mast

Every Pharaoh in a coffin of bomb and blast
Man! What did you expect to find in your mortal cast?
