defined . rules & regulation. it provides
convenient & secured mechanism or plat form
for transacting in different securities .

It accelerate the process of capital formation it creates the

class & converts there savings into a profitable investments.
3)Provides safety & security in dealing :
Stock exchange provides safety &securities in all the
transaction as transactions are conducted as per well defined
,rules & regulation fraudant practices are also checked
effectively .

It was Established in july 9 1875, BSE
(formerly known as Bombay Stock
Exchange Ltd.), is Asia's first & the
Fastest Stock Exchange in world with
the speed of 6 micro seconds and one of
India's leading exchange groups. Over
the past 140 years, BSE has facilitated
the growth of the Indian corporate sector
