Suzanne Eagle is a well-respected corporate communications, public relations and marketing
executive who, throughout her career, has represented the most high profile media properties,
digital companies and luxury brands, who want to drive and grow the value of their brand in a
highly competitive marketplace. Ms. Eagle’s talent for strategic positioning and identifying market
trends enabled her to create effective public relations programs, developing thoughtful crisis
management and the conceptualization and execution of high profile special events. Critical to her
role has been the public relations posturing of chief executives, editors, publishers and writers.
She has always been the chief architect of writing press materials, is masterful at pitching news
stories and has maintained relationships with the highest caliber press contacts, creating millions
of press impressions. She is also the President of Ask Aunt Suzy, Ltd., which continues to design
heralded hand crafted couture stationery, event and promotional material.
Past work History in Sequence:
Director of Public Relations, New York Magazine – 9 years
 Directed the public relations of the “Chronicle of its Times” promoted New York’s team of
legendary editors and writers and their articles on a weekly basis, generating print and
television press attention on a national and local press basis.
 Worked with television and radio executives to develop regular programming related to
New York content, including the production of a New York magazine weekly radio program.
Public Relations Director, Conde Nast – 7 years
 Oversaw press attention of 8 titles including: Vanity Fair, Vogue, Conde Nast’s Traveler,
Mademoiselle, Gentlemen’s Quarterly, House & Garden, Details, Woman
 Established first full-service public relations department with a staff of eight
 Responsible for developing the intense publicity that catapulted Vanity Fair into the
international spotlight and developed a strong brand identity, in the absence of a
previously defined magazine category. Vanity Fair was recognized as the vehicle that
captured the zeitgeist of its times.
 Principle executive who oversaw Vogue’s 100th anniversary including a New York Public
Library exhibition, Random House book and legendary launch party of a massive scale
attended by bastions of the fashion industry, social and business worlds.
 Integral member of launch team responsible for Seventh on Sale (AIDS charity) which
Vogue/CFDA raised $4.1 million for the New York City AIDS fund.
 Key to the launch of Conde Nast’s Traveler, the first which supported the mission of Truth in
Travel.
 Oversaw the imaging profiles of editors such as Anna Wintour, Tina Brown and Harold
Evans.
Vice President of Public Relations, Revlon
Senior Vice President of Public Relations, Revlon – promoted within 3 months
 Established a new department of corporate imaging
 Played a strategic and creative role in developing a “magazine within a magazine”
collaboration between Revlon and Vogue
 Oversaw national programs including “Revlon’s Unforgettable Women” awards and
international fragrance launches.

 Oversaw all public relations efforts of Calvin Klein, his multiple lines and licensees,
