DUTIES & CURRENT JOB PROFILE
Visit and arrangement of meeting with clients to promote company products and Build
good business relationships with prospective as well as existing clients.
Prepare and present solutions, presentations and proposals that appropriately
convey the company’s value proposition to clients.
Process all outgoing/incoming communication in form of emails, letters, calls or
other forms of communication with customer and remain updated with given
samples/projects whichever we provided.

Collection and assignment of various projects, complaints handling and samples
request generation in CRM software with full techno-commercial aspects of products.
Act as a single point of contact for resolving customer queries within agreed timelines.
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities in order to identify opportunities or
threats and/ or any new industry developments.
Preparation of reports and reporting daily work to concerned dept. for necessary action.
Create and implement initiatives to grow new accounts and revenue.
To maintain records for daily e- mails, MIS reports, daily communications, projects,
complaints and samples.
Coordination amongst team: RND, sales, logistic and supply chain, manufacturing,
accounts and sample department for ongoing activity.
Arrangement of scheduled meeting on CRM for projects, samples and complaints to
do necessary action and present the report to higher authority.
Work closely with the business development team on business planning,
performance, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
Management of trip from inception to completion of the trip Bargain with the vendors
on Cost / Quality Submission.
Preparations of MIS Reports & other reports as assigned.
