 The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) is a act that requires individuals to report
their financial accounts held overseas and foreign financial institutions to report to the Internal
Revenue Service.Ealier in Management information , only classified US citizens have to
reported.But in Treasury reporting ,whole financial information along with tax details is to be
reported to IRS in an xml format by thirty party vendor tool IREG irrespective of the whether
an invidual is located in US or not.Ireg is a financial analytic reporting tool developed by
Software Daten Service(SDS).FATCA TR targets non-compliance by US taxpayers with foreign
accounts.It is about financial accounts held by US tax payers or foreign entities in which US
tax payers hold a sunstantial ownership interest.
