3. Egg - 1 no

4. Palak ( spinach) 5 leaves
medium size- finely chopped

5. Carrot
Grated - 1 spoon

6. Cabbage - 2 spoon

7. Tomato chopped
1 small one

8. Salt as per taste

9. Turmeric as per taste

10. Oil 1 spoon

11. Directions

12. Beat an egg
and then
mix all the ingredients
as above said .

13. Heat the girdle / Tava / Pan

14. Spread oil on it
when the girdle is hot
so that egg batter
does not stick.

15. Pour the egg batter
and spread evenly,
cook on low flame

16. Turn the other side
once its cooked on one side
don't over cook
