• Presently working as HEAD OUT - SOURCING at M/s Parko Commerz pvt. ltd. since
JULY, 2012 onwards
• Worked as Production Manager & Head Sales at Ranutrol Industries Ltd. (1 year each in
both deptt. at Bhiwadi & Delhi) – 2010 – 12
• Worked as PLANT MANAGER at Marc Bathing Luxuries Ltd., Bhiwadi - 5 years (handled
more than 350 + workers & Staff independently) - 2005 - 10
• Worked as Production Manager at Havells India Ltd. (Crabtree India Ltd.) at Bhiwadi before
taking over by HSIL.- 2001 - 05
• Worked as PPC / Sr. Manager Operations - Jaquar & Co. Ltd. at Delhi for 9 years.
WORK EXPERIENCE: - TOTAL - 30 Years
(24 years in Bathroom – Fittings Trade)
Key Deliverables:
(Out-Sourcing)
• To develop the new ranges/items as per the designs approved by using the cost effective
measures.
• To appoint new vendors/back up vendors considering their image in the market as well as the
financial status of them & maintain the existing vendors.
• To draft the M o U & get the same implemented by keeping the track of its clauses.
• To co-ordinate with sales coordinator/sales head & directors etc. from time to time to analyze
the stock & the requirements.
• To make sure no rejections, once the material is recd, at warehouse by implementation of fool-
proof method.
• To get the alternative COST EFFECTIVE components such as ZINC / SHEET METAL / PIPE /
ROD /ABS / S.S. etc.
• To develop new vendors as well as 2nd
alternative vendor as back up option for the critically
required parts.

(Manufacturing)
• Handling the labour of 350 plus & 10 people staff (not from the trade), initially for almost 3
years out of total 5 years.
• To plan the Casting on daily basis & further production plan for all the depts. separately on
daily basis to achieve the daily target set on my own to meet the monthly production
schedules.
• To plan the production on the basis of party’s orders on monthly/weekly/daily basis & also on
the basis of anticipation as well as per the Minimum stock level.
• To keep a track of the availability timely so that the production line is not hampered as no such
separate purchase dep’t. in the unit at Bhiwadi.
• To get the optimum Production with minimum Inputs by implementing certain remedial
procedures in production.
• To make sure the weight of the items is maintained as per set parameters & avoiding the un-
necessary wastage.
(Sales / Marketing)
Handled the prestigious projects on my own like DLF, UNITECH & ANSALS. Got the entry at
DLF project & revived other projects like UNITECH & ANSAL API & ANSAL HOUSINGS.
• To manage the sales people in various territories by assigning them with their job profiles &
track of their daily working & motivating them by visiting the customers along with them to get
the results finally.
• To train them about the project handling as the BRAND was well established at projects
although it was not so popular among the retailers.
• To help Sales Coordination department for all type activities related to purchase orders, their
executions, urgencies, receivables, logistic part also. Helping them to follow up all the
Payments / C-forms / After Sales Service & other activities timely.
• To remain in tune to the market trend & keep comparative activities as ready recknor & sharing
among all the sales people about their designs, discount structure, schemes etc.
• To negotiate the project customers with special rates working with keeping in mind the costing
of all the items to be quoted for, as being thorough with the costing of the items due to the fact
that handling the manufacturing plant completely.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matriculation from Punjab School Edu. Board (Chandigarh) in the year 1977-78.
• Pre-University from Punjab University (Chandigarh) in the year 1978-79.
• B.A. from Punjab University (Chandigarh) in the year 1979-82.
• Post Graduate Diploma in MARKETING & SALES MANAGEMENT from Bhartiya Vidya
Bhavan (Chandigarh) in the year 1982-83.
