Being the HR Manager, heading a team of 6 members, with overall staff strength of 650+ employees,
spread across all branches in UAE and Oman region, my responsibility includes but not limited to Human
Resource Management and Public Relation activities, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
 Manpower planning, budgeting and conducting recruitment.
 Designing the recruitment process on the basis of availability of candidates and ensuring that it was
executed as per the pre planned schedule and plans.
 Canalizing the candidates through local and overseas recruitment, and selection and appointment
agencies (if required) through agreements.
 Ensuring that appropriate channel is being fixed for recruitment and participating in the selection
process of the candidates and negotiating with them.
 Ensuring that the apt candidates are being selected as per the competency matrix and job specifications
and fixing terms for their offer letter.
 Overseeing all the transactions till the arrival of the selected candidates to ensure that the operations will
not be affected due to any delay in recruitment.
 Ensuring that the new recruited employee has been entered in the muster roll and proper induction has
been given to him
 Preliminary performance evaluation of the staff and making sure that on the job training has been given
to him
 Finding out training need of the staff and coordinating the in house and outside training to the staff
 Assuring that proper employee relation is going on in the concerned manner and making sure that the
employee grievance system is intact and is generating fruitful results.
 Finalizing the employees monthly salary and ensuring that it uploaded through WPS with in prescribed
time limit
 Managing the annual leave and other unpaid leave of employees.
 Ensuring that all employee records are maintained and properly updated as per Ministerial regulations.
 Taking disciplinary actions against any undisciplined staff in compliance with UAE Labor law.
 Ensuring that all HR related activities are as per the predetermined channel and are valid as per Labor
law.
 Fixing employee performance appraisal standards and evaluating them as per the standards.
 Fixing incentives and upgrading the employees as per the appraisal feedback.
 Evacuating those employees, who are incompetent and no results after further training.
 Over viewing employees resignations and terminations and making sure that exit interviews has been
properly conducted.
 Taking corrective measures, if necessary as per the feedback of the exit interviews
 Overseeing the final settlement of the staff and ensuring that the resigned or terminated staff is legally
removed from our Company.

Starting my career at ACI as an HR Coordinator, grabbed that as an opportunity to learn deeply
