A MODEL OF VALUE CREATION
Cutting-edge training delivered in English for future managers and experts in the luxury industry with a
cross-disciplinary, strategic perspective.
1ST
Term - Luxury value & Foundations
The first part, held at Reims, aims at offering a general overview on the competitive structure and the business
models of the Luxury sector. It focuses on the key luxury assets value.
September to December
1: Fundamentals of Management
2: Luxury Markets, Industries and Players
3: Managing Key Processes in Luxury companies
4: Managing Assets value
2nd
Term - Luxury value management in production process
The second part of the programme, based in Milan, will explore in detail the Luxury Value Management in the
production process. It focuses on the supply chain process in luxury companies.
January to May
5: Building Luxury Value (Digital Communication; Product &Collection Design; Operations & Quality Management;
Supply Chain & Purchasing Management)
6: Delivering Luxury Value (Channel Management & Retail Management; Communication & Promotion)
3rd
Term - Project work and Professional Thesis/Optional Internship
Presentation of the options and related timing in November at NEOMA Business School. Activities will start after classes (June
2015). Specific seminar during the year in NEOMA BS and in MIP.
June to December
The final part of the Master is devoted to a Luxury related project work that will give students the opportunity to
have a hands-on approach on some relevant issues in managing Luxury Companies or to a 6-month internship
(optional). Teaching methodologies: lectures ex cathedra, case-studies, testimonials and Company visits. At the
end of the programme, students will gain a Master of Science from NEOMA Business School and a Specialised
Master Degree from Politecnico di Milano.
